I am trying to reconfigure my device and the HOBO App keeps shutting down. Thank you

The app crashes and exits to the home screen on both of my iphones proving it is not related to one phone or the other.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HOBOmobile app issues:

Force Stop the HOBOmobile App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HOBOmobile app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HOBOmobile to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HOBOmobile App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HOBOmobile app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HOBOmobile.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
