Unsubscribing shouldn’t be so difficult
I have tried to unsubscribe since before my trial ended, but it’s been a headache to sort out. I contacted multiple times without reply and continued to be charged every month once my trial ended. The page to edit my subscription via iTunes does not even show a cancellation option. I've had to sort it through with Apple's support team. Other users have posted reviews with similar frustrations. You need to hold your billing and ease of cancellation to a higher standard. I should not have to take time out of my night to sort out your lapses, and neither should any future users that decide your product is not the right one after all.

Needs work
Update: App is auto-renewed without any obvious way to cancel service. Finished all content in one month. Very basic. Several problems with the grammar. The app cannot differentiate English synonyms so even if you translate correctly, unless you use the exact words it counts it wrong. Several of the Italian words and phrases are either wrong or not in common use. The chat bot is nice but way too limited in content.

Hard To Cancel If You’re Not Happy
I hate the fact that cancelling this service is so cumbersome..I was on the fence about continuing but after realizing how hellish it is to cancel, I decided to cancel for real and will never use this app again..there are other apps where you can learn a foreign language for less..
