All you can basically do is pay bills.

If you pay your bills through StellarBank and you want to know how much money is in your checking account too bad. They’re just going to give you what you have though your debit card purchases until the ‘Bill Pay’ bills clear just like a check.

Oh they have two areas for the two amounts, to including what you have actually paid out, but they apparently aren’t going to use them for those purposes. So you’ll have to guess what you actually have in your account for the next two weeks. So it useless.

If you want to know what you have in your savings account(s) too bad. Those accounts aren’t listed and you have to go to the bank to get your balance.

So StellarBank lacks any usefulness at all.

My account activity is always behind or incorrect balance shown. Have to wait days after pending charges go through to see my actual balance.

Horrible service since the merge.

I’ll me moving banks as soon as possible.

I wish Community Bank of Texas never became Stellar Bank.

You have stupid computer programmers now that create this troublesome App. Now it asks for password to login AND to use BILLPAY!!!

Stupid stupid stupid redundancy!

I hate getting on StellarBank because it’s so not user friendly. I also wish they’d work on getting hooked up with Apple Pay so I could hook up my debit cards to my phone.

App is not completely functional. Cannot connect to payment apps. (Example Zelle) Bank website has instructions but they are not available or active in the Stellar app.
Emailed customer service no reply. Too frustrated to call at this point. Not the first problem I’ve had with this merger.

The people are nice but after 8 pm you can’t transfer any money out of savings I found that out when I took my dog to the hospital and couldn’t pay for the bill and if you get paid via check it takes a day to cash and if you cash it on Friday you have to wait till Monday before they give you your money

Former allegiance customer and the best feature of their app is missing in the new bank! Bring back notifications! Especially when card is swiped. Then you’ll get more stars!

I have enjoyed stellar so far but I just hate how I can’t make a transaction passed 5:00 and wait till the next day for it to go through.

Great app! Functional and easy to view balance. The mobile deposit function has never worked for me though.

I can never get the deposits to work no matter how careful I take the picture. I've even taped the check down so it's perfectly flat and I still get the error cannot read the data at the bottom of the check. I really need this to work, it's all I use StellarBank for is to save a trip to the bank.

Had always shown front and back of all in clear checks. Quit doing that but all other sections still working. Don't want to reinstall as it says will loose data if i delete ap to reinstall. Really don't know what will fix this problem. Emailed for help twice never got answer back.

StellarBank would go from good to amazing if we could have deposit notifications. Please?

Community Bank of Texas app makes all of my online banking very easy to navigate. I am able to pay bills with no hassle at all! Also my checking account balance is always up to date! I have no complaints at all!
