My account activity is always behind or incorrect balance shown. Have to wait days after pending charges go through to see my actual balance. Horrible service since the merge. I’ll me moving banks as soon as possible.

All you can basically do is pay bills. If you pay your bills through the app and you want to know how much money is in your checking account too bad. They’re just going to give you what you have though your debit card purchases until the ‘Bill Pay’ bills clear just like a check. Oh they have two areas for the two amounts, to including what you have actually paid out, but they apparently aren’t going to use them for those purposes. So you’ll have to guess what you actually have in your account for the next two weeks. So it useless. If you want to know what you have in your savings account(s) too bad. Those accounts aren’t listed and you have to go to the bank to get your balance. So the app lacks any usefulness at all.

App is not completely functional. Cannot connect to payment apps. (Example Zelle) Bank website has instructions but they are not available or active in the Stellar app. Emailed customer service no reply. Too frustrated to call at this point. Not the first problem I’ve had with this merger.
