- Can only review names on the app, and only able to index on the webpage
- No ability to make your own highlights if needed
My names reviewed are not being counted. I worry that the names I review are not actually being reviewed, and that t may be wasting my time.
It's only allowing me to choose Spanish speaking countries. The United States disappeared from my list .
I plan on teaching about the Get Involved app this Sunday. I cannot get it to work. I get the "Unfortunately an error occurred. Please try again later." message. I have reinstalled the app and that did not help. Is there anything I can do to get it working? Julie Brinkerhoff
I keep getting "records for this country are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"
When I review names it does not show as having been counted on the app. My concern is not that I get credit but are they actually being reviewed or am I wasting my time? The next question and problem I have, is that when I try to report an issue within the app, it says I have no mail account and that I need to establish one. Nowhere can I find a place to do that. (I do have one on my FamilySearch account.) That message comes up on my iPhone and my iPad, but I can post feedback on my android phone. However none of them, nor my computer on the website recognize that I have done any names.
When I try to review names on the app (iPhone) it won’t load any.

Using FamilySearch Get Involved, anyone can quickly review names in historical records and verify what the computer found or flag any errors. FamilySearch Get Involved provides simple tools to unlock the family names in those documents so they can be searched online for free. Historical records—like immigration papers and birth certificates—can help people learn interesting and valuable insights about their family. FamilySearch uses sophisticated scanning technology to find ancestor names in historical records. The names you will see in the Get Involved app are real people that have been lost to history until now. Each name that gets corrected is a person that can now be found by their living family. Most of the time the computer can recognize the correct name. Problem is, many of those insights are locked away in documents that are not easily searchable. Even correcting just one name makes a big difference. But it can’t always get it right. With your help, these people can be reunited with their family across generations.
