- No option to say you made a typo for the Type-Out game

- Progress circle loads every time you scroll past something you've memorized/are memorizing, which can be annoying

- App crashed for a period of a couple weeks for one user

- Subscription issue for some users

My app doesn’t show the verse I just memorized as caught up (doesn’t have green circle). This happens every few days. The app is updated and I restarted my phone. What else can I try?

How to fix Verses app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Verses app on iPhone
Update Verses app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Verses iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Verses on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Verses network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Verses Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Verses not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Verses App
1. On android, goto Settings » Verses » click [Force Stop]

Update Verses to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Verses App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Verses » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Verses.

Fix Verses unable to contact server/ Verses internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Verses » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Verses » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
