The huge red boxes are a waste of space and always in the way and have to be removed to access my account. They are bad enough on the splash screen but then to be repeated when you go to an account is really a waste of your space and my time! How many hundred times do I need to know that if I click on an item to get additional details. Somebody needs to have a chat with your web designer. Everybody knows that if you see something more than 7 times it becomes irrelevant and after that either unseen or annoying.

It is nice to have online access especially during COVID restrictions. Compared to other banks however, CitizensBank has limited functionality. Would appreciate ability to Zelle and tranfer funds outside of Citizen. Also easier, less restrictive digital deposits would be nice.

It would be nice if you were allowed to submit electronic or visual checks like many other banks do.
It would be nice if you could move money between accounts easily.
It would also be nice if you could address charges by clicking on something indicating that this is a questionable charge without waiting on a phone or trying to get a hold of somebody or discussing the issue although the staff are wonderful when you do.

I love CitizensBank . It is very user friendly, we travel all the time, I can deposit a check by just taking a picture of the front and back, I can check balances and transactions from anywhere.

It would be great if your system did an auto photograph, when making mobile deposits. Occasionally, it is very hard to get the image to be well received. There is quite a bit of background, lighting, and framing required.

I like that I can easily check my balance and look at the transactions made from my account history. I just wish there was a feature where I’d get a notification on my phone when there is a deposit that’s been made.

Missing some option that would be nice to have like an AI chat to unlock card after hours.

Makes it easy to keep up with my accounts and know exactly how much I have at any time.

I love the convenience of CitizensBank and ability to see my current balance when I need to.

I love being able to check my account whenever I want. Transfer money if I need to I love CitizensBank.

I love that I can keep up on my banking all online! The feature to transfer funds and deposit checks online are my favorite! Especially during covid. Great job citizens bank!

My account is always accurate and has been since I started using it years ago.

I love CitizensBank,I can check my balances, see all their locations plus ATM locations. Plus I can transfer between my accounts, and if I need to I can make a mobile deposit with my phone!

I have had Citizen’s bank for about 6 month’s and everything is great so far! CitizensBank works great and I haven’t encountered any errors so far. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

We have been Citizen’s Bank customers for years, but only got the mobile app recently. We have found it to perform well and be very helpful to us.

I enjoy this handy tool very much. I can check which expenditures have cleared and which are pending in just a matter of moments.

I love CitizensBank. I’m able to transfer money between accounts and check balances instantly. This comes in handy when I need to transfer money to my daughter’s account.

The only bank that I’m not so happy with because the money machine outside it’s left left empty or broken. Seniors. Are left in the lurch wondering why there’s not sign explaining what’s going on. I on the other hand just turn around and go to my favorite citizens bank…. Honestly l rarely rarely go toEAST MAIN BANK.

I like the Citizens Bank app because it’s very user friendly. I’ve never had a problem with it!
