How to fix NAVER Map, Navigation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NAVER Map, Navigation app on iPhone
Update NAVER Map, Navigation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NAVER Map, Navigation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NAVER Map, Navigation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NAVER Map, Navigation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NAVER Map, Navigation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NAVER Map, Navigation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NAVER Map, Navigation App
1. On android, goto Settings » NAVER Map, Navigation » click [Force Stop]

Update NAVER Map, Navigation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NAVER Map, Navigation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NAVER Map, Navigation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NAVER Map, Navigation.

Fix NAVER Map, Navigation unable to contact server/ NAVER Map, Navigation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NAVER Map, Navigation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NAVER Map, Navigation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NAVER Map, Navigation
