Some restaurant deals are crap! Just like one we just attended. We went to Italianese for bukapuasa dinner with this app voucher and booking but guess what?! We ended up paying more than usual because the restaurant manager broke the news that kids don’t eat for free under this app bookings! Great! So we paid for both of them and despite have an extra RM20 voucher and some discounts, we paid more than usual 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️!

eatigo is a bit slow and also quite hard to navigate. Not very user friendly at all. The deals are a bit of hit and miss. Make sure you read the terms before booking. The map isn’t accurate at all. When viewing in google, the pin drop isn’t correct.

eatigo is good when reliable. Sometimes eatigo directs you to closed restaurants. Sometimes the restaurants cancel the reservations and this app just informs you - too bad. eatigo overall is horrible. I’m dev from the US but eatigo looks like it was develop in the cheap. You can tell poor QA, poor test coverage, and poor user experience. You cannot even filter correctly by time and percentage off. eatigo doesn’t track sessions properly. So the main benefit is the discount but it’s frustrating to get to that end.

Maybe the slowest app in the history of apps. A list shouldn’t take 45 seconds to load. And then looking at a place, then going back to the same list shouldn’t cause it to reload.

I have had a problem several times where my reservation was cancelled after a month and days before the event. Or, went to the restaurant and it was closed.

The second attempt to book with this app but the company shows not to be trusted and not being clear. It appears to be an attractive deal but it is not. I suspect a promotion stunt but 2 out of 2 bookings turn out to be a scam. this app probably uses the unclarity to generate business though not legit. Time to delete eatigo and look for legit promotions from competitors.

Need to be able able to filter by discount level in the here and now view, and eatigo needs to filter out showing places where the deal isn’t currently available. eatigo is less useful, for example, if I’m just not interested in going someplace that’s only offering 10% off and not being able to filter that makes it harder for me to find a place I might actually book.

Good app and very useful. Unfortunately only my good reviews comes up. We got food poisoned at one restaurant and wrote in review. You called us to check up on us and told us we should hear back from the restaurant within a few days. Heard nothing and my review never showed up, could atleast show our star rate...

I love the discounts when I find one at my desired time and in my desired area, but the process is horribly frustrating. For instance, if I only want to go between 12:00 and 2:00 within 5 km from my location and with car parking, I will get hundreds of selections outside my parameters in no particular order. Plus parking is not even a parameter. What should take less than five minutes takes over an hour!

The worst I’ve been to. They should not be in the list. We drove here all the way and we were i formed that we can only choose the item in the recommended menu!!! Which was very limited. It should be in the fine prints.
