Some restaurant deals are crap! Just like one we just attended. We went to Italianese for bukapuasa dinner with eatigo voucher and booking but guess what?! We ended up paying more than usual because the restaurant manager broke the news that kids don’t eat for free under eatigo bookings! Great! So we paid for both of them and despite have an extra RM20 voucher and some discounts, we paid more than usual 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️!

Mixed feeling

The app is a bit slow and also quite hard to navigate. Not very user friendly at all. The deals are a bit of hit and miss. Make sure you read the terms before booking. The map isn’t accurate at all. When viewing in google, the pin drop isn’t correct.
Good when reliable

The app is good when reliable. Sometimes the app directs you to closed restaurants. Sometimes the restaurants cancel the reservations and eatigo just informs you - too bad. The app overall is horrible. I’m dev from the US but this app looks like it was develop in the cheap. You can tell poor QA, poor test coverage, and poor user experience. You cannot even filter correctly by time and percentage off. The app doesn’t track sessions properly. So the main benefit is the discount but it’s frustrating to get to that end.
