Not working since last update

Since last update , app is not working. Blank white screen on opening that does not go away. Tried reinstalling app , restarting phone etc. Pls fix this. iOS 9

Payment Gateway is always stuck

It always takes more than 5 minutes to open banking gateways to use the online banking method. Haven’t use other payment gateways, but I assume everywhere it’s same.

Steals money by failing transactions

transactions fail too many times, I used it pay 700Rs to zomato; payment failed and my refund is nowhere to be found; customer service is nonexistent, so this is pretty much a FRAUD app, do not deposit money or download this!

Crashes as soon as the app is open

Please bring an update for ios 9.0 version my iphone 5s isn't able to launch Freecharge it crashes whenever i open Freecharge please its been a month since Freecharge hasn't got a new update yet

Make the interface better,more user friendly

Great app but missing features

It is very useful for online payments and gives good cash back deals regularly.

But needs to improve in some ways. Positioning of some UX/UI elements is inconvenient. Need ability to delete old accounts. Need ability to mute reminders permanently. Add these to make a better app.

Faulty app- doing fraud to people - be alert

Freecharge is buggy which do fraud to people money. Your money will be get deducted from OTP page and page will say OTP incorrect. They have inbuilt page for this that is doing fraud to people. I raised complaint but nothing happens till now.
