Payment Gateway is always stuck

It always takes more than 5 minutes to open banking gateways to use the online banking method. Haven’t use other payment gateways, but I assume everywhere it’s same.
Not working since last update

Since last update , app is not working. Blank white screen on opening that does not go away. Tried reinstalling app , restarting phone etc. Pls fix this. iOS 9
Steals money by failing transactions

transactions fail too many times, I used it pay 700Rs to zomato; payment failed and my refund is nowhere to be found; customer service is nonexistent, so this is pretty much a FRAUD app, do not deposit money or download this!
