- Cannot use the crosshairs to measure any temperature point other than the absolute center

- New version of the app is incompatible with gen1 device

- Features that already existed have been taken away

- Cannot time lapse an hour of footage down to 2 minutes, must completely max out phone’s memory with the full hour

Bought flir one two years ago worked great with OnePlus phone. Updated program now it won't connect any more. Can not roll back to an earlier version. Now I have a $200 boat anchor on my shelf,not pleased at all.

FLIR one pro will not work after app update. Will work fine on another phone that has the older version of the app. Both android 11.

Flir one pro gen 3 causing i Phone to crash...................almost every time. I have to recover the phone by quick up and down presses on left, followed by holding right button for around 30 seconds

I purchased a flir one pro lt and loaded the app to my android phone, android 11 running. I do not get any image on the phone. I cannot open the task line, when i press that I only get preloaded thermal images. When I load another app get images, not from the flir one app. I restarted the phone and reloaded the app.
