I can’t log on. The app acts as if I had never purchased Luxy and keeps asking me to share new info to create an account. I just need to log into my already existing one. Thank you!

How to fix Luxy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Luxy app on iPhone
Update Luxy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Luxy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Luxy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Luxy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Luxy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Luxy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Luxy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Luxy » click [Force Stop]

Update Luxy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Luxy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Luxy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Luxy.

Fix Luxy unable to contact server/ Luxy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Luxy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Luxy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Luxy
