When I attach image for the check-in, it is uploaded as Private even if I manually set it to Public. After image was uploaded successfully I also cannot switch it to Public manually (at least radio-button say Private - what is the real status of the image is unclear). PS: I authorized into SwarmApp via FB.

How to fix Swarm app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Swarm app on iPhone
Update Swarm app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Swarm iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Swarm on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Swarm network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Swarm Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Swarm not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Swarm App
1. On android, goto Settings » Swarm » click [Force Stop]

Update Swarm to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Swarm App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Swarm » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Swarm.

Fix Swarm unable to contact server/ Swarm internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Swarm » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Swarm » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Swarm
