They double charge my credit card and the completely banned my account for asking for a refund on the double charge! Be aware don’t buy anything from them! They have no customer service, impossible to get in touch with anyone!

Edit 2: EXCEPT That the Bundle Was not added to my account, so you CHARGED me for Something that wasn’t in my account and until today I haven’t received a message back and instead my account was banned!!! Horrible attitude and customer service!!! You falsely charge my account and then ban it and never reply to any messages!

Edit: except I didn’t have the bundle purchase twice, I only bought it once, and only got tokens for 1 purchase, so why did I get charged twice? And what customer service? I messaged you guys on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and didn’t get any reply it has been weeks! But you are so fast to ban the account without even trying to communicate with the customer? What kind of garbage attitude is this? Shame on you guys

Every time I attempt at making a competition I always make it so I make little money, making it more attractive for other people to win more for what they spend. It seems like every time I make one no one joins it and I blame Jawaker for taking away 2400 coins every time it fails!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR??? I spent money on the game to make tournaments and enjoy the game but it seems like i’m down a little less than 22,000 coins because of the idiotic rule of losing 2400 coins for every failed tournament!!! There is no contact button and I don’t have a number for overseas since I live in America. I NEED ANSWERS.

Game is fun but I don’t understand why the developer decided to control the outcome of cards shuffling. It seems that they want you to play more & they figured by controlling your hand they can controls who wins & have a somewhat an influence on how much you play.
I know many would ask how do you know the cards shuffling is not true random. I know by playing cards allot on the game & in real life.
I play Trix on this app & NOT ONCE me, my opponents or anyone I know had all 2 or all Aces in one hand. That by itself is enough reason to know its not true shuffling.

this app need to make the shuffling a true random just like playing in the real world

Another shuffling fact. If you play with a friend against random players then hawker gives you most of the time good hands. I figured developer wanted to give you a fake sense of accomplishment to keep coming back and play more

Love Jawaker , use it mainly for playing Trix. Only issue is that there seems to be a bug in Jawaker when it comes to players taking too long to play. It appears that if a player that starts a game and leaves, Jawaker doesn’t automatically boot them out and replace with another player (live player or one of the system players). So many times that player takes too long to play and it spoils the game.

The game is really an amazing game however it is being abused by the people to creat competitions. They are cheating, lying, and taking peoples tokens. The company should take this issue seriously but I don’t they are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening. They are making the game a bad place to be. I hope they take this issue seriously and work on it. They are making us hate going into the game.
They have the worst customer service people. They don’t solve your issues and very unhelpful

I entered a competition and won the competition and no complaints against me but didnt recieve the prize so i contacted this app to solve the problem they told me yes they will solve it but didnt get solved so i reviewed again and again they stoped replying this is nonrespectfull act and not professional way ! Anyone can get misabused or has a problem in their application and they cant control or solve the issue ! I wanted to post the screenshots i took in contacting them and show everybody how bad they are ! This is a good app to play some cards. However two things are annoying, one I wish banakel was a game option, and two the amount of boys trying to flirt. When are Arab going to be above this? They flirt you don’t flirt back and they leave. So you’re playing with bots all the time. Honestly ppl shouldn’t be allowed to leave at all unless they get kicked for being slow or because the table takes too long to start.

I play competitions a lot and most of the time there’s players that cheat the game by playing next to each other or somehow they hacked the game. And when we complain nothing is done about it. I don’t mind losing fairly and buy more tokens. But no more from Jawaker at least until something is done about it.

Hands down this is the best online card games app that has ever been made. However, I’ve had an issue that has been going on for a while. Whenever I try to launch Jawaker , I’m stuck at the loading screen with the loading bar not completely loading. After that, I get a message that says I’m not connected to the internet although I’m connected. I wish I can enjoy playing on Jawaker again but this error stopped me. My device is an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Jawaker rigged. I’m come back from Ramadan to play cousin back home and he hand me. Wallah it’s unfair. Three times in row and I have no points. Fix this or forever lose me as customer. On allah. Wallah I won’t play this game again.

I take this back. This game is amazing. It’s not longer rigged against me. I only win, I’m unbeatable. Great game. Great developers 5 stars!

Every time I open Jawaker while I’m listening to music or on phone call, Jawaker freezes and the sound start glitching, I hate to reopen Jawaker multiple times for it to work
And it also does it even if I wasn’t listening or in phone call
I updated, my phone is on the latest update and still the same problem

Strongly recommend to give each player credits to play at different levels for example 5000 points and for each game you play at 100 points either you loose them or win them
You can even buy tokens as the highest frustration in this app when the players leave at the first loss of a round! Please ask your members

Hey there. I have noticed that there is a problem with Saudideal game which is I can’t press the microphone button, It’s behind the bank, in earlier updates this was good and works fine. the problem appeared in the newest updates. I hope you fix it as soon as possible.

the Game is good but when you close it and want to play it again it takes so many time to enter the game and sometimes even do not enter. this is a very annoying issue for my experience in this game . otherwise the playing is so much fun and good , hope this issue will be fixed as soon as possible

Stupid time rolls. It times out quick and does not give the option to select the card to through. Instead it takes one of your good cards and through is for you. You should have the option to play at your own pace.

I have been using Jawaker for awhile....I had to delete Jawaker and re upload....when I tried to login I could not use my old ID....I login in through Facebook and keep getting an error. I tried following the steps to deactivate the new account but it is not working....can someone please help

The game is great, but I will not change my rating until that’s fixed. You guys made it stop working in trix partner and now trix. At least hand has an option to turn the screen in game. Also the men on here disgust me to no end. I’ve played this game for about 8 years so I’m used to it, but it doesn’t mean it’s not annoying. I also like to spend money, but you guys are making it harder and harder to do so with the whole landscape mode no longer working.

I’ve been hacked twice , after working so hard to get the tokens ,they have been taken from me easily ,someone hacked my account. The bigger problem is that my account is connected through my facebook account ,so I sent them my concern as weird things started to happen on my facebook account as well and this was their exact response “Honestly in this cases we cant know if youre account is hacked , but you should make sure if you account is verified”.
Shame !!

I love this app specially when everyone staying at home , just a point about the computer playing balot in Hokom he finish it all and doesn’t keep one hokom till the end
me and friends have noticed that and it makes one lose some times , wish it can be fixed in the new update
Other than that it’s a wonderful app

The new design for competitions isn’t user friendly.. it takes too long to get into a competition, by that time, all seats are filled already. the old design is so much better.
Can we reinstall the old version?

The iPad version of this game need more improvement and features specifically in the graphics and animation
Note :Hood in the concan game some times bug and the card stuck some times it may be flashing
