2 years agoتطبيق فاشل كثير ما بنصح حد يدخلو ولا يلعب في لانو الناس عم تغش عم يربحوها المسابقات والناس الي ما عم تغش عم يحظروهم عدى عن ذالك لا يوجد اشياء ممتعه للعب A failed application. I often advise someone to enter and not play because people are cheating. They win competitions, and people who are not cheating are banning them. Other than that, there are no fun things to play.

2 years agoDear Jawaker Admin Staff, Yesterday I Participated in compition Naya_bra12, and then i lost in it, i continued playing the Jawaker compitions, I NEVER cheat, i dont know why they banned me for a day from the compitions...i would totally agree if they found anything, pls go back to the game i played and let me know what happened and why is this? its soooo bad, my issue is not the banning but bc i play so clean i dont want any bad reaction about my acount, my acount is 109rekawaj

They double charge my credit card and the completely banned my account for asking for a refund on the double charge! Be aware don’t buy anything from them! They have no customer service, impossible to get in touch with anyone! Edit 2: EXCEPT That the Bundle Was not added to my account, so you CHARGED me for Something that wasn’t in my account and until today I haven’t received a message back and instead my account was banned!!! Horrible attitude and customer service!!! You falsely charge my account and then ban it and never reply to any messages! Edit: except I didn’t have the bundle purchase twice, I only bought it once, and only got tokens for 1 purchase, so why did I get charged twice? And what customer service? I messaged you guys on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and didn’t get any reply it has been weeks! But you are so fast to ban the account without even trying to communicate with the customer? What kind of garbage attitude is this? Shame on you guys

Completions not filling up!!!
Every time I attempt at making a competition I always make it so I make little money, making it more attractive for other people to win more for what they spend. It seems like every time I make one no one joins it and I blame the app for taking away 2400 coins every time it fails!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR??? I spent money on the game to make tournaments and enjoy the game but it seems like i’m down a little less than 22,000 coins because of the idiotic rule of losing 2400 coins for every failed tournament!!! There is no contact button and I don’t have a number for overseas since I live in America. I NEED ANSWERS. Someone needs to contact me or my friends and I are looking for a new tarneeb app.

The game is really an amazing game however it is being abused by the people to creat competitions. They are cheating, lying, and taking peoples tokens. The company should take this issue seriously but I don’t they are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening. They are making the game a bad place to be. I hope they take this issue seriously and work on it. They are making us hate going into the game. They have the worst customer service people. They don’t solve your issues and very unhelpful
