this app was a legit business and I was a long time customer for years. Until recently it seems that they’ve changed for the worst. It started when I ordered a set of SK II products. When the order arrived, an the electronic applicator for the SKII cream did not work. I emailed them, no reply. Eve... Show more ntually I had to get PayPal involve, still no reply until I escalated my claim. I let PayPal do the investigation which came back saying that the SKII products I bought have been fake!!! PayPal proceeded to fully refund me. Being a this app customer for years, i was shocked. So maybe no more ordering luxury products from them, but regular clothing should be fine right? I placed an order for regular item only to receive an email from this app saying that they will not ship my order unless I pay back the money that PayPal refunded me. Saying that they considered this as an unsettled payment even though I was legally refunded by PayPal for the fake products that they’ve sold as legit. Meanwhile as they refuse to ship my new order, they still kept the money I just paid. I had to go through PayPal again to report this problem for an unship order, thankfully PayPal was able to return my money. This entire ordeal had made me completely lose my trust for this company. Maybe the management changed, or something within the company changed. But I will never buy from them again.

I honestly don’t know who to contact so I’ll post this here. The website as of now is in a buggy-looking format and unusable (can’t log in, see pictures of the clothes, nor order). I thought I was able to work around this by using YesStyle , but the website not working prevents me from reaching cus... Show more tomer service and checking on the status of my order as YesStyle always redirect me to the website whenever I wanted customer service or to track my order. I checked the website on multiple laptops at different locations, so I know it’s not an issue of my laptop nor wifi.

As for YesStyle , you can’t see pictures that are posted in the reviews (my wifi works fine), and having pictures of buyers wearing the clothes was one of my favorite things about shopping on this app. It allows me to gauge whether the outfit actually fits me or not because my body is different from the models’ bodies. This is also not a matter of bad wifi as my wifi works perfectly fine. I think this started happening after the recent update.

Show more hipment was late. I got an email saying why, that there was an item that wasn’t at the warehouse yet. That was fine, as I was given the option to cancel that item if I wanted to. So I cancelled it. Every single other item in my order said it was ready for shipment then, so I figured everything would be fine. I received another email saying everything would be sent out soon, as now it was being processed. Several days later and it’s STILL “processing”. I receive yet another email now saying not all items are received which is absolutely ridiculous as the email days prior said everything was ready to ship and my order says so too. If I do not get my items soon I am filing a dispute. Beyond upset and angry and never ordering from here again. Might I add my order was to ship June 30 and it is now July 7.

I always used to like this app and it was my go-to for shopping, but unfortunately my last few experiences have been terrible. I had purchased a large order with express shipping. My order consisted of clothes for an extremely important trip to New York. My order was 3 full outfits for multiple me... Show more etings with fashion directors and stylers who were scouting me. I ordered with plenty of time for my order to arrive before my flight AND I paid for express shipping. After I had purchased my order, there was a pair of earrings that suddenly “wasn’t available” anymore??! My whole order sat for weeks because of this. I emailed this app multiple times and did all I could to grab their attention. Eventually they answered and my order was shipped without my earrings. The worst part is that my order didn’t even come in time :) My package arrived AFTER I got back from a full week in New York. I will never purchase from this app again. I will use it to browse and get ideas. Use AliExpress instead. They’re cheaper and sometimes have the same exact products as this app.

In the past I’ve had pretty good service with this app in terms of ordering from them. The con with clothes is that they do store credit only if you need to return something due to wrong size or didn’t want it anymore.

Recently I ordered masks from them in late March due to the recent events and because my area ordered a mandatory mask in place policy. They told me it would come in 5-14 days and the e-mail also added a vague message that there could be delays. My package sat in a city in the same state for weeks and I had to contact their CS three times. One was an automatic response and the other two claimed that everyone was informed that orders may be delayed 3-4 weeks now. I show proof on my e-mails that they never told me 3-4 weeks for the delay, only the vague warning of “there may be delays”. I was forced to get my payment company involved in getting my money back, since CS told me if my masks didn’t turn up by the end of May, they could not issue a refund. This is poor handling in a time like this and they attempted to cover up their tracks when I made the inquiries. I was part of their rewards program and at a high level.

After this incident, I am no longer supporting their business. They are not equipped to handle orders or business in times of need.

They used to be so nice with services and quick back in 2017 I ordered a belt that came broken, they apologized, asked for a proof photo, and immediately after receiving the photo apologized again and sent me another belt with express shipping and a freebie. In 2020 I ordered some skin care items (... Show more a face wash and a toner) and I advised them I never received my items they insisted they couldn't do anything and that it's not their fault because it says it was delivered. It took nearly 4 months for me to get HALF A REFUND, and it was in points... I was only able to repurchase one of the items I previously purchased. Recently now in 2021 I ordered something over $100 with express shipping, it's been 16 business days (compared to their claim of express shipping being 3-5 business days) and they claim it is expected to ship out April 17th which will be an entire month since I made the order. I used to love this app as a go to for skin care and makeup products but now I feel I'd rather just order from brands sites directly or shop in person because They haven't been good since 2018z

I’m updating my review after receiving my order. It arrived exactly a month after I placed it. Everything arrived as described and packaged securely.

I received both the samples and free gift I was supposed to. The free gift was a makeup sponge that works better than my $20 BeautyBlender...... Show more for free! Love it.

I see reviews about fake products but I don’t think I received any fakes. I ordered two skin care products and both have worked fine without any issues.

About customer service: I emailed them about 5 times, asking questions and changing around my order, and they answered every time. They take about a day to respond, which is not a problem.

The only issue is the dishonesty presented on the website. It’s understandable that people would get upset that their items take 3 weeks to ship when the site says “ships in 24 hours”. They also mark base prices ridiculously high, then slash them to make it seem like you’re getting a bigger discount then you actually are. Sometimes the price can actually be higher than you might find elsewhere.

If the shipping times and prices were updated to be accurate, this site would be perfect. Unfortunately, the dishonesty is what makes it feel untrustworthy and fake. I wish I could have full confidence in their service. I MIGHT order from here again, but I’m not sure.

i ordered a few things on YesStyle. a pair of jeans, 2 shirts, and a belt. the belt is fabulous and i'm wearing it right now! i also like 1 of the skirts. but the jeans and the other shirt, i'm not very happy with. the shirt came with an brown stain that's impossible to get out, ive washed it 2 -3... Show more times. it also came with a hole in the stomach? it looks like scissors did it and i know i didn't do it bevause i didn't open the package or anything wirh scissors, i have pointy nails to do that job. The jeans, i ordered a small and they were so big! they looked probably about a large. i thought that it would be fine with the belt, i liked the way they looked on me. bur when i went to button them, the hole was completely closed! i tried taking scissors and knifes to cut it but it's so thick! i wasted about $30 just on the jeans and that one shirt... i like YesStyle and will probably buy off again but i'm probably going to go on the more expensive side...

It’s shopping online and can be risky especially when the price almost seems too good. I suggest reading reviews and going over reviews with pictures. You cant really expect it too be that great but some items I have bought from this site are AMAZING, sometimes better in person. I totally recommend... Show more if you are looking for Asian beauty, skin care, and fashion. Sometimes I have a hard time ordering on this site because some items have less than 15 reviews and the feed backs from previous purchasers can be very different...I usually try to avoid buying those items. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is probably because it could take almost a month for your order to arrive at the door, and sometimes my clothes smell like chemicals but it can simply be fixed by washing them.

Most of the clothing texture is nice and high-quality. But other clothing items may be itchy or have a thinner rain-jacket type, when you expected it to have a cloth material. I wouldn’t recommend buying jeans off of here, though! They are a lot shorter than expected, and very very tight. Shipping takes a long time, but it depends on where you live. I’m in America, and usually it takes about a month to deliver (including the current pandemic and all). They are packaged very well, and YesStyle is nicely set up and orderly, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. I tried Shein and Romwe but HATED the clothing, so gave this one a shot. I think you should too, and I’m pretty sure they have clothing for men as well. :)

At first I was a bit skeptical about YesStyle, but after watching this app shopping haul videos and finding out my own friends online shop here, I decided to give it a try! There’s such a wide selection of clothes and products on YesStyle. Beautiful and trendy clothes, makeup products, jewelry, ... Show more etc. Surprisingly, everything that I’ve ordered so far has such good material and I have always been satisfied. You can also get Express shipping on large orders! However, my one and only concern is the amount of time it takes to arrive. Don’t always believe when it says your order will ship in a certain amount of time. An order that was supposed to arrive in about 10 days took 18 days to arrive. I was disappointed but everything came in perfect and beautiful condition. But anyway, head to this app if you love K-Fashion, or pretty much anything. 🤍

YesStyle is super easy and fun to use! It sorts everything into categories which is useful, I also love the search function. The only drawback is I wish that the categories could be a little more specific. It is taking a while for the items to actually ship but with the COVID-19 mess, and already ... YesStyle tells you if something is in stock or not, and even tells you an average of how long it takes to be in stock. You’re also able to search only items in stock, but it’s vague and sometime you’re size isn’t in stock. Over all I think I will keep using YesStyle and I will probably update this once I finally get my orders!

I have ordered four times in 3 months. First order took some time because it was shipped via sea. This resulted in paying custom fee for 27€. My order amount was a little over 50. Slovenia was the final destination and customs are higher but They promptly returned the custom fee as a store credit. ... Show more My second and third order came by air and it came fast and no custom needed to be paid. Free shipping for orders over 35 euros. Their customer service is prompt and efficient.
As far as the products go, you can get anything here. I’m so happy I discovered them. I will continue to order from you guys. I’m trying out different products and love every single one of them. So many more I wanna try. So far the green tea and propolis and honey products work the best for me (oily skin with some dryness on cheeks with larger pores. Also somewhat sensitive). I am a frequent this app shopper and I have always been completely satisfied. They do provide measurements for all items and do not filter reviews which means they’re honest. I love the items. The other store I order from which is Korea-based, is available on this app which makes it even easier to shop. They are a retailer for several famous Korean brands including Chuu, Innisfree and HotPing. I have not had a bad experience yet. Shipping is free for purchases over 35$ including Express shipping (3-5) days for orders over 99$. They provide statuses on items before you purchase them so that if you want to receive your order quickly, all you have to do is purchase only things that are in-stock. For me, shipping has always been true to date and I have been completely satisfied. Overall, I love this app.

I stumbled upon this website/app for Korean skincare products but soon fell into an amazing shopping app. Everything is so cute, of good quality, and easy to order. You even get daily free gifts, free express shipping (orders over $35), discount codes and coupons for being a silver IG member (total... Show more ly free, just have to follow them on Instagram). I keep up with this site daily and order all my beauty products and clothes from here because they’re are great cheap prices but great quality. Shipping is pretty fast, I get my items in about a week. The only thing I don’t like is that they place your orders on hold to confirm payment and they can be on hold for as long as a week, which makes getting it longer. But once they do ship it, it comes pretty quick. Customer service is pretty good too. All in all, great app, totally recommend, RIP to your wallets.

I’ve been using this app for a year now, and all I can say is, is that it changed me life. And I’m not exaggerating; I was looking for a trustworthy website where I can improve my makeup and clothing options(by a lot; I needed the help), when I stumbled upon this app. At first, I was pretty nervo... Show more us and I looked up plenty of reviews and hauls on yt. Eventually I tried it out and I haven’t stopped since. I’ve probably spent $600+ and purchased 50+ items. To this day, I’ve only ever had 1 shirt that I was unsatisfied with.

Needless to say, I love this site and will never stop using it(probably). I hope that new items arrive soon, though, and get a lot of reviews ‘cause I have basically already combed through all of the women’s clothing and makeup sections heh...

My only word of advice is that you should definitely look at the reviews and sizing before purchasing anything(hopefully there’s a lot of good, specific comments). Especially for clothes.

(Life Hack: If you have a pretty typical body weight/height and you’re looking at a pretty popular item with lots of reviews, instead of measuring yourself[which takes forever!] just find a review from a person who states that their height/weight is the same as yours. They typically mention sizing and stuff~)

I have a specific taste in clothing and it’s hard to find clothes I like in other shops and online shops, so this app is the perfect clothing website for me. I love their website they have really cute clothes as well as good materials and feels high quality, and overall really good! No complaints ... Show more although I would like for them to add a couple features. Some clothes say “one size” and it’d be great if they say what size they mean by one size like is it in, small, medium or large. And for the pictures on models, they should add on what size the model is wearing because I realized some models and I have similar size, but I’m not completely sure the size they’re wearing the the pictures so I assume it’s medium. Sometimes they fit me just fine, but I had wanted it to be a bit oversized for easier styling. Other than that everything is great!

I’ve always ordered from here. There’s a couple things to watch out for though. When buying clothes, always buy the clothes with good reviews and base it off of them. Second, everyone is complaining that the item they ordered became out of stock. If you buy items that say “in stock 24 hours” or “3-... Show more 5 days” then they won’t become out of stock and will get those items. But the ones that say 21 days, it’s pretty risky and will most likely be out of stock. And finally, I’m a big 3ce fan. When 3ce comes out with something new, this app puts it on their website and says it ships within 21 days. But the new products disappear within a week or so. It seems odd, and seems like a scam to me. They make me believe that they have the product, when in reality they really don’t. I ordered the new palette, but they said they didn’t have it in stock. But it’s all good because they refunded the money and everything. I’ve really had no problems other than that.

Bought twice on this website. It took really long time until i received my package. Specifically, i was really upset with the second time i have ordered on this app. I ordered 2 wigs, and they mean to be available when i clicked to buy them. Then one week after, it automatically cancelled the wig that they didnt have and mailed me that my order had been shipped. However, the important thing that they didnt refund me. I emailed them the Customer Service and they said the package took 5-14 days shipping based on standard shipping, but they didnt explain to me about the refund. So i lost money because of YOUR FAULT? Send me back the money. So disappointed. Why a page like this is so unorganized. Shein always have chat box and the staffs are so quick to help me understand about their service.

Overall, the items from this app are pretty cute, but I hate how they ship your order until all items have arrived in their warehouse. It would’ve been easier and quicker just to ship out the items that are in stock already.

Some products say that they are 80% off, but in reality the discounted price is actually the regular price you would buy at any other stores. This website reminded me a bit of Romwe or Shein, which does the same thing of marketing items with a high discount when in reality it’s just the regular price of the item.
Other than that this app is a pretty decent website to purchase things from, and I would shop again, but I would beware of the things I’ve mentioned above.

I’ve been a this app customer for a little over a year now. I am insanely in love with it... It’s the clothing you want/love for really cheap and really good quality.
