Hicast hasn’t worked for the last 4 hours. Message says, “Media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed…” It doesn’t seem to only be at the venue where my child plays ball. The Hicast Highlights section also doesn’t work and they’re at all different venues.

How to fix HiCast Sports app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HiCast Sports app on iPhone
Update HiCast Sports app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HiCast Sports iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HiCast Sports on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HiCast Sports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HiCast Sports Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HiCast Sports not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HiCast Sports App
1. On android, goto Settings » HiCast Sports » click [Force Stop]

Update HiCast Sports to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HiCast Sports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HiCast Sports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HiCast Sports.

Fix HiCast Sports unable to contact server/ HiCast Sports internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HiCast Sports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HiCast Sports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HiCast Sports
