I signed up for a one time use several months ago and I just received another charge.

I enrolled for a single game at Ripken complex. I see a monthly charge of $21.99. I did not want a subscription just for one game. Please reverse erroneous charges and stop subscription

I’ve been trying to load hicast sports on my phone for the last hour and it won’t load. Everything else on my phone is loading just fine. I’ve already paid for the one time subscription and it worked fine yesterday, but. Not today. Grandson plays at. Noon. Please help!!!

I am trying to watch the game I paid for ( Polo field @ Ripken Myrtle Beach) however, the cameras have never been cleaned off. Therefore, I am unable to watch my sons game. Please have cleaned or please tell me how to go about a refund. Thank you Karen Conover

I am being charged $19.99 a month for a service that was initially supposed to be for the month of October only Just one month Now I see that you have charged me $19.99 for November and $19.99 for December I expect you to issue a credit to my credit card for $39.98 I am going to call Chase and tell them to block anymore of your charges to my account I look forward to your prompt response Marilyn Alcosser 516 569 1945

I kept receiving an error when trying to pay for service. When I saw this error I kept adding my credit card information in. I was charged $19.99 for a seven day package I believe five time last night. Can you please credit me $80.00. Moynihan@redacted 413-478-6825
