QIIB was amazing before but now it keeps crashing every time I use it ! Seriously I can even open QIIB as it crashes and can't login also.

Please fix it !

I still dont get it why you insist of having the update within QIIB it self, why not by app store, I keep having many crashes specially when its required an update, QIIB wont respond and keep kicking me off whenever I try to open it.
Please fix it asap as I am relying on it in many things

Ever since QIIB updated I can’t log into my account- at a time when I need to access my finances more than ever. It keeps telling me invalid username/password repeatedly, even after I attempted to change my password. Please fix this immediately.

it used to be working very well, but sense last week it stopped allowing me to log in or at least to open QIIB , I have tried many times to delete it and download it again and again, but the issue still the same.
and whenever i call the the bank hot line no one gives a good reason why its like that also no one is supporting, i think i will give my voice to other customers and say the this app services are unsatisfactory at all.

This Needs major and serious development, as bank costumer I can’t rely on QIIB.
I rely more in another bank’s in qatar with 10 times better app services.

The new update can not be downloaded.. it has been more than a week now and still this issue has not been sorted out.
This is frustrating, please find a solution to this ongoing update issue we face as users.

Its use to work properly bbut now there is a problem every time I open QIIB its close by itself I can't enter my account

This bank application offers several unique features. However, since i study outboard, i cannot rely to it at all which is frustrating.

QIIB is very much cool but can b super cool if biometric access is enabled in it.. fedup of entering password again and again . Rest QIIB is pretty good . Update for biometric access can make me give 5 stars :)

The application overall gets the job done, however, looking around local Qatari banks the application is still behind from look and feel point of view, not to mention the slow updates cycle. I would trully appreciate a major revamp to the application to bring it up to the standard.

I like the updated app however it keeps hanging after logging in. I have to close it until about 4 times before I can use it.

Plz update app to the new look this one is very slipping every where is slides + add update with (( Salary Status )) Thank you

The improvements are noticeable. The only major issue is the fatal errors if transactions are made during daily system updates, leading to lost money.
