How to fix TRANSPark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TRANSPark app on iPhone
Update TRANSPark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TRANSPark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TRANSPark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TRANSPark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix TRANSPark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TRANSPark app issues:

Force Stop the TRANSPark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TRANSPark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TRANSPark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TRANSPark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TRANSPark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TRANSPark.

Fix TRANSPark unable to contact server/ TRANSPark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TRANSPark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TRANSPark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TRANSPark on android.
