Made a double order at the Massillon store by mistake. Called the store and they said they would cancel it. Never got cancelled. Contacted corporate two times and never got a reply. Will never go here again. Worst customer service.

Two large pieces of fish for the fish sandwich? About the size of two shrimp on an eight inch roll. The fries were mediocre at best. The cheesesteak was pretty good even though the roll was not cooked entirely.
