Made a double order at the Massillon store by mistake. Called the store and they said they would cancel it. Never got cancelled. Contacted corporate two times and never got a reply. Will never go here again. Worst customer service.
Two large pieces of fish for the fish sandwich? About the size of two shrimp on an eight inch roll. The fries were mediocre at best. The cheesesteak was pretty good even though the roll was not cooked entirely.
Been going here quite some time, and another great lunch today. BUT the Old Carolina App has been a constant battle to try to use, and after struggling with it again today I finally gave up and deleted it. 5 Stars for food, -10 for this mess. The older versions actually did work!
My son had to wait 45 minutes to get our $43. take out order. They were out of cornbread and substituted hush puppies. That was fine but why are they running out of a staple? Also we got 4 tiny tubs of sauce for 2 lbs of meat!
I enjoy the food and service at Old Carolina. Just wish they would add smoked turkey back to the regular menu. They still offer it around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m sure it was a numbers thing, but I believe it was the best item on the menu. Green beans are also fantastic. Anyway, good food. Good service.
Great food but TrueQRewards refuse to let me use my rewards even when I hit begin order and the item is indeed check marked can’t find any answers it just keeps advertising TrueQRewards to download but no answers for why I can’t use my rewards
I agree needs to be back on the regular menu!! I miss it.
Not only does Old Carolina have great food they also are a great support for the community. As part of the first response community they provided us with meal vouchers early in the pandemic. It was wonderful to be able to come home a night and know dinner was taken care of.
Brian is very successful because he is a good man - treating customers with kindness and consideration and cooperation, which goes along way toward breeding good customer relations and continuous, faithful followers!!

My husband and I love Old Carolina. From the meats to the sides, the food is delicious. Not to be missed are the fried and hush puppies. I love the True Q salad with smoked turkey. Sauces are so tasty, you want to drink them. Plus, Cheerwine! We originally found them in Mayfield Heights and Mentor, but since these two have broken off we have been traveling 45 minutes to Fairlawn. Well worth the drive.
Ribs and pulled pork are my favorites. The meat on the ribs is “fall off the bone” tender. The pulled pork is nice and moist. Both are perfectly seasoned. It doesn’t really need sauce, but OBC’s Piedmont is my choice when I want it. Staff in Canton are always friendly and helpful.

Oh my Gosh, my wife just raved how delicious her Tru Q Salad with beef brisket was! I had the BBQ bowl, and was equally satisfied with the quality and quantity, not to mention the delicious chopped brisket that I chose! The meals were filling and tasty. We will no doubt be ordering Old Carolina BBQ again very soon!
My husband and I love to eat here!! We have never been disappointed... the staff is very nice and the food is delicious!!! We live over 20 miles away.. but it is worth the drive !!

Ben an OCBC fan since day one. When they rolled out their app I figured I'd be bombarded with stuff. Thankfully I'm not. Try their other concepts, Smoke The Burger Joint and Baja West Coast Kitchen.
We love to eat here. The new smoked Mac and cheese is so creamy. The baked beans are my husband’s favorite. We all enjoy the brisket and pulled pork, simply delicious.
It’s hard to find really good BBQ in Cleveland area. Old Carolina does a good job of hitting a price point where we can afford really good food. I’d like to see some additional sides and deserts. Don’t care much for either desert offer. But other than that. I eat here once a week
