GMG app no longer connecting to my grill from my iPhones... Can only get it to work and connect on a very old iPad2.

When I use the app the grill just keeps climbing in temp. Had it set for 250 and had to shut it down when the grill went to 310 and there was no way to stop it. Shut off the app and the grill works fine.

When I set a temp on the prob through the app ,my grill temp continues to rise once I shut off the app the grill works as it should

App fails to update grill so you can use the new app. The old app works fine and completed an update with no issue.

The app will not allow my phone to connect to the smoker. I even moved it closer to my house to try and get the best signal I could, but it still won't connect. The old app, I didn't have any problems and it connected fine, even when the grill was further away from my house. Haven't been able to resolve it yet. Frustrating.
