Hi there my green king sport app is asking to unlock rewards and it says my mobile number has already been verified? So can’t seem to use my 10% discount code.

press 10% - unlock reward - says number already verified - so no code sent

Can't load local pub table on sports app just keeps giving national league table

Cannot open score king to see or imput my predictions just keeps spinning . Have deleted cache logged out and then back in still not working

App not working saying unlock reward and when I put my phone number in it says already verified. Tried everything.

New phone. The app noe won't allow the 10%discount. Asks to confirm mobile number then says number already ready verify. I have tried deleting my account and setting it up again but same result. I see this appears to be a common problem but how is it resolved.

I have nothing but trouble with your app. I have even tried deleting and reloading. Currently the issue is it says my phone is verified yet will not show a QR code for any offer

Hi I correctly predicted 2 football scores on the sports app. But have not received my free drinks vouchers Thank you

I logs in ok but when I try to claim my rewards it asks to ferfray my phone number , when I do this I get a messag that the phone numbers has already been ferafry ,I’ve tried deleting the app and then installing but to no avail

I had to replace my phone and reload the app. Since then when I press rewards it asks me to send phone number to unlock reward then says number already verified so why doesn't it unlock.

Can't unlock a new 10% discount code the app won't refresh just displays an already used code.

Hi I had a problem with my phone and uninstalled Season Ticket app. When I put it back on and went to login it came up with the message "this device is been previously registered" which is true but with the same email address. How can I get this sorted. Thanks Dave

The 10% voucher has not been showing for about 2 months not yet the prediction the score works and any prize vouchers won show up. The phone is an iPhone on os 15 ,I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and also clearing cache which did not work. I have friends on android phones who have the same problem Thanks John
