How to fix Freshdesk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Freshdesk app on iPhone
Update Freshdesk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Freshdesk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Freshdesk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Freshdesk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Freshdesk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Freshdesk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Freshdesk » click [Force Stop]

Update Freshdesk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Freshdesk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Freshdesk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Freshdesk.

Fix Freshdesk unable to contact server/ Freshdesk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Freshdesk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Freshdesk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
