Worldcue would not even install correctly. Had to remove Worldcue .

First problem was with setting the password, even though I was following the rules for password creation it continually informed me I was not using the standard format of at least 10 characters in length, one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Second problem was around eligibility. When I entered my email address it validated that I work for an approved company and informed me the email address was acceptable. However upon hitting the submit button to create my account it continued to tell me my email was not acceptable. I could never even get past the registration portion to begin to use Worldcue.

Also worth noting Worldcue says it may use your location even when Worldcue is not running which can reduce battery life. Developers should learn most users find this very unattractive and an app due to battery performance and privacy issues.

How an app this bad can remain on Worldcue Store, let alone get contracted by a major corporation is beyond me.

Did the health and safety and risk managers not read the endless bad reviews?

Did they ever try and use it before they contracted to use it?

Did they consider that the majority of the users were going to be temporary contract workers without corporate email accounts, and so would be unable to sign up?

The ‘Emergency Telephone Line’ service instantly answers with some awful music on hold and then transfers to someone who sounds like she’s in her bedroom...then the ‘support line’ you’re supposed to call is not listed anywhere and when ‘transferred’, once again, I think I’m speaking with someone working in their basement...

This is clearly an extremely poor solution, hastily developed for covid and should be relegated to the ‘junk bin’ ASAP!

My company signed up for this app so it could keep tack of employees during the Coronavirus. However, Worldcue thinks you in the location where you first installed it no matter what, even though I gave it full permission for location services. The feature which allows you to manually update your location also does not work. The alert info frequently crashes. It’s a pretty simple piece of software to design, so not sure how they managed to do such a terrible job.

Worldcue downloaded onto my phone without me selecting it. Now I keeps redownloading and not letting me delete it.

I assume it’s some sort of spy ware tracking and selling my location etc

Deleted it. Said my email address was valid. Hit submit and I get the pop up: must enter valid email address. Tried numerous times even with another valid email address and couldn’t get in.

I’m deleting Worldcue for the second time because the biometric fingerprint system on Worldcue doesn’t work and it always puts me into an endless loop of putting in my password.

Worldcue stopped working after the latest update. Please fix.

It constantly logs me out and because of that I never receive important information.

Just downloaded for work and can’t log in. What’s the point of Worldcue if it can’t be used?

Pretty buggy.

Worldcue is very fluid and keeps you aware of the world around you via timely alerts and an intuitive UI. It presents both the alert and various ways to react to that alert in a straightforward manner, without being cumbersome or incoherent. I would recommend Worldcue to anyone concerned about the possible risks when traveling!

I was able to login when I first downloaded Worldcue a few weeks ago. However, last week I was traveling and wanted to make sure I was logged in just in case I needed to use Worldcue and it said I had been logged out due to inactivity. I tried logging in again and all I get now is an error and statement that the issue is being worked on.

First, why would Worldcue log me out? There are features that may need to be accessed in a hurry. Don't auto log out.

Second, is the issue really being worked on? Right now Worldcue is completely useless if I can't even log in.

I understand why my organization subscribes to this service as it provides useful information. The problem is that Worldcue doesn't work and the website is even worse (characters are scrambled). That's if you even get into the service because logins are a choir.

I use Worldcue for traveling all the time. It's a really helpful tool for finding out what I should know before I reach my desired location. Greatly recommended.

This is a much improved version of Worldcue . Better styling. Seemingly more stable. Also it now pushes alerts to your phone to grab your attention.

I just downloaded Worldcue and am trying to create an account. My company has a partnership with the product. I can’t even get past the create an account. It states that my email is in an incorrect format even though it my exact email. Very frustrating App.

Need an alert for a road closure 1800 miles from you this is Worldcue ; otherwise nearly useless. And you can't even change what it prompts you about. The best thing about those apposite comes with a delete button.

Have never been able to successfully login to the software…..just sits there spinning saying logging in….or at least it did, now it fails to completely launch, just a grey screen. Have reinstalled with the same result. Totally useless………..

The cursor will move on you in certain edit fields (I.e. entering mobile number of Emergency contact). It wouldn’t accept inputting my mobile number until I “tricked” the screen by clicking on Terms of Use.

It won’t save Emergency Contacts.

The home screen goes blank after you change from it (transition to Emergency Contacts screen).

Worldcue needs to be modernized to incorporate Face ID and these noted bugs, among others, need fixing.
