How to fix Tixr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tixr app on iPhone
Update Tixr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tixr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tixr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tixr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tixr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tixr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tixr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tixr » click [Force Stop]

Update Tixr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tixr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tixr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tixr.

Fix Tixr unable to contact server/ Tixr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tixr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tixr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tixr
