This ticket website is PATHETIC!! After FINALLY getting the website to allow me to enter in my CC info it constantly states 'card is declined' when I know the card is valid . Tried another one and it states the same thing. GET IT TOGETHER FOLKS!! It's truly ridiculous.

Hello, I just purchased 2 VIP tickets for Kumbia Kings thinking AB Quintanilla was going to be playing. I did purchase tickets for the event I want to see which is The Marquis (THU) GA. This was an honest mistake as I was wanting to see Dwane Betts and the website was confusing because he was appearing at two events.

Worst experience ever, and I've fought cancer. I would rather do that than go through the headache of getting logged into my tixr account. The website never loads, I have super fast internet and all I keep getting is busy signals, it's like you are deliberately trying to rip people off. If I had the funds, I'd get a lawyer and sue you for fraud. Absolutely horrible.
App is an absolute PITA

I downloaded the app after setting up a Tixr account and purchasing concert tickets through the website. I installed the app knowing that this would be how I showed my tickets at the show. I verified my account, got email confirmation, and I can log into the website just fine. But the app won’t let me log in; it keeps telling me that I’ve input the wrong email or password. So, I changed my password via the website, verified that email, tried to log in again and…same thing. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? And judging from the app’s overall rating, mine is not a singular problem.
Can’t input payment method

Totally useless for actually buying tickets. There is no way to enter CC info or choose ApplePay from within the app. With the 5 minute timer running down, I had to use the website on my iPad to enter this information. Finally got my tickets with a minute to spare. I would like my fees refunded for the trouble.

Recently I tried to purchase tickets through Tixr when they were released and immediately was put on a waitlist the second ticket sales opened. They take your information and if tickets become available you get them and they charge you. However supposedly you can remove yourself from the wait list and then you won’t get the tickets or be charged. I removed myself from the waitlist 6 weeks before the concert, but then I still was charged for tickets 7 days before the show. When I contacted customer service about my cancellation they said all sales are final even though I cancelled it. Terrible customer and all around experience.
