Namshi - We Move Fashion Reviews

This review is based on my two experiences in summer 2018. Namahi has a wide range of brands. Quality is excellent and I believe it’s genuine, the website is user-friendly and everything seems smooth until shipping starts. this app partnered with Aramex. Aramex is synonymous of slow, unnecessarily complicated shipping company. I bought stuff to take with me to the US and was promised to have them delivered within two weeks. Two weeks passed, I travelled and my stuff wasn't delivered yet. I tried to cancel the shipment a few days before my flight and of course this app refused. I was supposed to wait until it was delivered and then return it if I didn’t want it. Really? How could it be possible to do that if I was already gone?! Why the promise to deliver within two weeks max if this app can’t live up to their promises. That was last year. I will only order from this app if I am super flexible with delivery time.

I’ve been using this app since 2013 and have different accounts with them for shopping within Kuwait, UAE and KSA. They’ve always delivered on time, never delayed my orders, and take special care with their packaging that makes me feel I’m getting myself gifts instead of purchasing products. Thank you this app for staying true to your core values as an e-commerce website and now a beautiful app!

I ordered a birthday gift from another popular website over a week ago. After waiting the week they cancelled my order. So I saw the same item on this app and decided to order it and an additional item. It came the same day👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼AND it was significantly cheaper. Very happy with the items and the delivery. I will now be using this app and will ditch the other site.

First of all I'm a this app returning customer, I have been one since early 2017 and generally i don't mind Namshi but there are definitely some room for improvement:

1- I suggest adding specific measurement information to every size to help customers pick the right size.

2- It would be super nice if I don't have to extend my poor little thumb all the way to the upper left corner of the screen to go back to the previous page, a left to right swipe should do the job.

3- Namshi absolutely needs to add an excluding tool to the filter feature. Every time I browse through the styles I am bombarded with generic/overpriced Nike and Adidas stuff, not hating on the brands but it would be dope if I can just exclude them without having to select 100+ other brands in the process.

I really enjoy shopping form this app good quality and every thing but the sizes run out really quick and don't com back soon we need more stuf and btw Namshi is a bit slow over all it is one of the best shopping apps .

Namshi includes thousands of brands . The goods are really wonderful. But the customers’ services isn’t that much . Moreover , they refund you to your account in Namshi not to your bank account. So you are obligated to buy again . Returning the purchases is hard ; you need long time to contact them through Twitter , email then you receive the reply.
In general . I don’t like Namshi .

Hello all of a sudden Namshi says (something went wrong, please try again) I also deleted Namshi and reinstalled it and it still says the same thing.. can you please fix it 🙏🏼 Thanks for the always being the beat shopping app.

This website surpasses my expectations, by a long-shot. What is the best feature, in my opinion, is the quickest delivery I have experienced from an online shopping site. I have received my packages sometimes within 4- 5 hours. Thank you for the good quality products at great prices.

I used to like this app because of their products and good customer service, but their app had become worse; it’s slow and takes ages to open up or even show your selection, what you like doesn’t save in your wishlist, and freezes sometimes. Please fix this so we shop easily, it’s becoming increasingly annoying to shop through it.

Actually I didn’t expect that when I cancelled my order, I’ll get the refund that fast, the refund was returned at the same day& when I reordered; the products were excellent and the delivery was very fast (6 days).Also the customer service team are very helpful.

After you place the purchase even though you paid by credit card they still call you to confirm the order I mean who does that you paid already and they still call to confirm it do you think people pay money to just play around with you!? And also they still call to ask for some kinda visual symbol near your location doesn’t matter even if you give them your exact location!

before the update Namshi was slow but functional, but now its literally IMPOSSIBLE to shop using Namshi because every time i try to check the sizes or add to my cart it just freezes and stops working. i’m genuinely a huge fan of the site but Namshi needs work to make the shopping experience smoother and more practical.

When i open Namshi it says session expired please log in again and i cant even do that cause this message keeps popping up. How can I get into Namshi ?

I returned some items for size exchange. It took weeks before they pick the items and took over a week after they deliver the replacement. When the replacement arrived, it is still the same items i receive before. Very disappointing. Also, customer service responds so slow, takes days before I receive any reply from my email.

Very bad service i bought 5 items from this app i wanted to return the dress .. since 9th May they no one came to collect the dress they keep sending me emails give us 48 to 72 hours it’s almost a month still the dress with me.
Their things out of fashion.. the sizes not correct and the materials bad
Im not happy with them i will never order any thing again and i will remove Namshi from my phone

The quality of the products are excellent, the service is perfect and the delivery was exactly on time as estimated. I greatly recommend to install Namshi for online shopping. They also have great offers.

I got half of my delivery items only , when i asked they said to me we need 7 days to get you items , no one responding from customer service to my requests ! No one reply my emails on contact us , I didn’t get the rest of the items ! Don’t start shopping with big orders with this app as they can’t handle, and i start to feel it’s a scam because no one get back to me

Even with the new update. Namshi keep lagging and freeze.
I hope this problem gets fixed soon because it's very disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered couple of things then canceled my order an hour after I placed it, they retuned my money but they didn’t give me my shipping cost which was 50$. I contact them couple of times and every time they will say they will return it but they didn’t, it’s been now almost two months andI didn’t get it back .

I absolutely LOVE Namshi i have ordered many many times and never failed me, everything looks BETTER than the picture, MANY choices, newest collections, much cheaper than the brand itself (branches at the mall) & faster delivery than expected even in big sales or busy days like Black Friday or eid ( i once ordered and got it 4 HOURS LATER!! And also one time i got it the day after) I just wish you had a section for home decoration like for example curtains or bed sheets and you’ll be my app of choice for all my needs.

(Even my mom who doesn’t trust online shopping loves it)
