iPad 11air, I can sign on, then when scrolling app freezes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled 3 times.
I hadn’t been on the H & M App or website for ages, recently experienced 2 issues, one was my points had expired as they started a new “customer year” ( from when you joined) Second thing is the App (not that keen on anyway) or main website keeps saying there’s a technical issue & to check again soon.This has now been a few weeks in the UK, very poor for such a big company. I just won’t bother & will shop in the physical shop near me.
Your app is not working reinstalled over 8 times cannot get into my account,local store can't help my phone provider checked my phone says it's a issue your end please advise

Hi, everytime I go to look at the new in section on your app or website, it crashes after scrolling down.
The app crashes. Can’t scroll through anything more than 10 secs before it kicks me off. Tried deleting and re installing, still the same. Seems like it started to happen as soon as they added more brands. Virtually impossible to buy anything!!
I have an iPhone phone. I have got the H&M app when I go on the app. It shows items then all of a sudden it freezes and then crashes it is been like this for the last two or three days
how i will get my refund if it is not giving to enter the bank details it crashes every time when i click on payment option
