This plataform does not get responsability if you buy something in horrible state, with a cheated description. I bought in 1Manon23 a corset and a blouse, one of them "new without tag". It came full of flaws! I try to have the refund of everything and give the entire order to them or of half of the value and I kept the trash and they only suggested 3 euros of refund for the corset (I paid 13.89). I even tried to leave my honest review in seller profile so I can advise other users and the plataform DELET it ALWAYS. Unfortunately this plataform send me an email saying that they want me to close my case with paypal ( I request for help after their ridiculous answer of 3 euros refund) and said that if I do not do it they will close my account. I don't have to be quiet if someone cheated me. I have all the emails that prove all that I have said. Shameless. Buy always with Paypal, only them can protected you. I don't have any more my account because of these but I will not be quiet. I bought more than 100 euros in that plataform and now they didn't protect me and even closed my account. It must be a joke!

Ich habe in 1Manon23 ein Korsett und eine Bluse gekauft, eine davon "neu ohne Etikett". Es kam voller Mängel! Ich versuche, alles zurückzuerstatten und gebe ihnen die gesamte Bestellung oder die Hälfte des Wertes und ich habe den Müll aufbewahrt und sie haben nur 3 Euro Rückerstattung für das Korsett vorgeschlagen (ich habe 13,89 bezahlt). Ich habe sogar versucht, meine ehrliche Bewertung im Verkäuferprofil zu hinterlassen, damit ich andere Benutzer und die Plattform IMMER LÖSCHEN kann. Leider schickt mir diese Plattform eine E-Mail, in der sie sagen, dass ich meinen Fall mit Paypal schließen soll (ich bitte um Hilfe nach ihrer lächerlichen Antwort von 3 Euro Rückerstattung) und sagte, dass sie mein Konto schließen werden, wenn ich dies nicht tue. Ich muss nicht schweigen, wenn mich jemand betrogen hat. Ich habe alle E-Mails, die alles beweisen, was ich gesagt habe. Schamlos. Kaufen Sie immer mit Paypal, nur sie können Sie schützen. Ich habe deswegen kein Konto mehr, aber ich werde nicht still sein. Ich habe auf dieser Plattform mehr als 100 Euro gekauft und jetzt haben sie mich nicht geschützt und sogar mein Konto geschlossen. Es muss ein Witz sein!
