How to fix PDF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PDF app on iPhone
Update PDF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PDF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PDF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PDF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PDF app issues:

Force Stop the PDF App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PDF app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PDF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PDF App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PDF app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PDF.

Fix PDF unable to contact server/ PDF internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PDF » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PDF » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PDF on android.
