Running latest version of IOS and Medium app on iPad …. Scrolling articles freeze almost every time … been going on for few months. Reloaded app, restarted iPad …. No joy. I love Medium! Please, any help appreciated.

my drafts have disappeared and I have a different category in it's place. Unlisted. This is a problem on the app on my Ipad not on the website

How to fix Medium app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Medium app on iPhone
Update Medium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Medium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Medium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Medium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Medium Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Medium not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Medium App
1. On android, goto Settings » Medium » click [Force Stop]

Update Medium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Medium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Medium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Medium.

Fix Medium unable to contact server/ Medium internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Medium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Medium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Medium
