Epoch Times Status

As soon as I click on the app, it comes in for a second then clicks off! 🤔🤨😫

Videos will stop as soon as screen turns off, there should be an override

Videos on the epoch tv section of epochtimes.com constantly stall on my iPhone. To fix the problem I have to delete the app and reload it. Is there another solution? I’m a huge fan of the epoch times and I get over 80% of my news from the site.

This app is not updating stories

the app has not been updating the stories.

Part of July 30th and all of July 31st the app has not been updating the stories.

When I click on an article, it goes to the main page & not the article. I'm going to cancel if this isn't fixed ASAP!

Screen has gone totally black

When I click on an article to read it or view it, it does not go to it. It goes to a main page for the day. Sometimes if I scroll way down, I can find it. Sometimes I cannot find it. Why doesn’t it go straight to the article or movie?

When I click on anything in your email news report I am not taken to the article, instead I'm loading some kind of "YOUList app"

I get notifications… when I open app it stays on for 1-3 seconds… and then goes to Home Screen… I have iPhone 11

App opens briefly and then closes.

When I click on a headline it briefly opens then immediately reverts back to my iPhone Home Screen.

The app overall works okay. It's the feedback section where I have trouble. The 'likes' and 'dislike' icons are greyed out and there is no comment window to leave a comment. Tapping on them elicits no response. Other users are able to leave both, so I know it's functional on their end. Please advise on what can be done. Thank you, Neil

Epoch Time app for iPad will not let me search. The magnifying glass icon in corner does not work.

Articles will not open. Click on headline no response

The app opens the flash page but immediately closes when it goes to the main page.

When I click on the Epoch Times app, it opens for an eighth of a second, then flip back to my Home Screen.

When I try to access the Epich Tines App on my Iphone 13 . The page briefly opens and then immediately shuts down/ off.

This happens after renewal. I receive digital and print issues. I'm not able to read a news story after clicking the title in notifications. When I click on article it opens and says “Recommended” but doesn’t show full article.

One day I clicked on my Epoch app and it wasn't there. I would like to know what happened. I would like to have it back. I get the paper and goon line to read it on my phone. How do I get it back?

Click on articles an all that pops up are recommended ones. But they won’t open either. I am a paid 77.00 subscriber and I won’t it fixed or I’ll have to make other arranges. I have had to call three times for same problem. Tried to reboot or load app but it won’t come up. I think you are hacked or blocked.

Certain articles will not open in and I get an error message that closes down the App. It only occurs in some of th articles rather than all. It has been occuring more frequently for several weeks. I have an Apple MacBook and am using Safari as my browser. Is E/T being censored?
