Summary of AirEuropa Problems 🔥

- Half the time cannot finish check in it processing.

- Lots of glitches and error messages.

- Same at webpage.

- Only thing app really should work for is online check in and it fails miserably at that.

- When the Gods align and it checks you in (10% of time) it won’t add nor download the boarding pass.

- App does not retain your flight information when adding a fight to My Trips, you must reenter the flight information every time to view it.

- Could not add boarding pass to wallet, only resulted with a constant error.

- Download pdf option for the boarding pass never downloaded a usable file.

- Had to go to the website to add boarding pass to wallet.

- App booking does not work. Enter the information but screen goes blank when trying to search for a flight to purchase.

Since a few days I can't manage my reservation through the app. I have to can log it to my account, and I I see the reservation an Locator number but when I try to manage (for example to purchase seats in advance) I get an Error - 3 message. I "we could not find a reservation with correspondence locator. Tru again or contact us". Which I did. They opened a Ticket but I keep having the same issue.

How to fix AirEuropa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirEuropa app on iPhone
Update AirEuropa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirEuropa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirEuropa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirEuropa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirEuropa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirEuropa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirEuropa App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirEuropa » click [Force Stop]

Update AirEuropa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirEuropa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirEuropa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirEuropa.

Fix AirEuropa unable to contact server/ AirEuropa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirEuropa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirEuropa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirEuropa
