I used to LOVE my subscription to Timeshel so much. I even got my daughter an account of her own. I’ve been a user for 2 years. Though the prints are beautiful, if you do not manual ‘skip’ months, you will be billed. The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. The only method of communication is email. In the past, I would get a response within 2/3 days. My most recent billing issue, I’ve still not gotten a response about and have instead had to issue a dispute through my credit card company. Beautiful prints can be found through a number of easy to se apps, consider one highly rated in customer service. You may not ever need them but if you have an issue, you’ll appreciate having them…Timeshel definitely does not have quick to respond customer service.

Julie I noticed u wrote your review a year ago. Do u still think timeshelmonthlyphotoprints is user friendly today? I’m sure you do not as I. I am cancelling after almost 4 years of service. timeshelmonthlyphotoprints has changed so much and now never works properly. I waste so much time trying to upload photos that never appear in my monthly selection. I sat here today for an hour trying to get my photos uploaded, it goes thru the process and then nothing appears or maybe one if your lucky. You are no longer able to edit the photos in timeshelmonthlyphotoprints anymore either which was a nice feature. It’s super annoying now and i have had enough. You can’t call and talk to anyone only email which is way too much to type going back and forth quite honestly. Finding another source. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’m still awaiting a response, and I’ll change my review once they do. I attempted to skip a month of billing for the month of August since I have no photos to print. It instead tried to skip the previous month (which I already was billed for and received) and charged me for August! The person who responded to me didn’t understand the problem because they just offered to send me July photos again? Or give me store credit. But I need the money for living as I am a student. It makes me wonder if they even keep track of the transactions.

Update: they charged me and didn’t reply to my last email. I’m removing my account. What a scam.

For several months I really enjoyed timeshelmonthlyphotoprints, and the little sets of pics they send you are lovely. However, then they did some system changes and after that it stopped working for me and my uploads just weren’t taking. I’ve emailed with their customer service a bunch and they seem to only receive about 30% of my emails for some reason so I keep having to forward emails I already sent. Cancelled my account and asked for a refund for the months I couldn’t upload and they refused. This would be a one star review if it weren’t for the first few months of good service.

So far I have gotten two months of photos and the service is AMAZING. The main issue I am having is that with photos of my son, I upload them quite a lot, as not to lose them, but some of the photos I want copies of, are now on my desktop. I think it’s quite an oversight to not create a simple photo site to add a couple photos from my computer. That would make timeshelmonthlyphotoprints a four or five star for me. For now, it’s just okay.

I love taking photos of my family but would rarely print them. Too much hassle, too busy, etc.

The tech support is the best I’ve ever had with any app. The developers are real men who want to help. They always reply to my emails quickly. When I needed an extra month they found a way to obtain it.
I’ve given gift subscriptions to family and told many friends about it!

My MIL is a big scrapbooker but admittedly not the most tech savvy. I like that I can instantly share the photos of the grandchildren with her and they get sent directly to her door ready for her next project! Yes, other print services are cheaper but I like the easy reminders I receive letting me know I need to upload and I don’t have to worry about checkout carts every month. A big time saver and a great gift for everyone involved.

If you are a photo fanatic like me, then you will become more and more dramatic with EACH DELIVERY. It is definitely an unveiling process for my grandmother and I. She gasps at each perfectly captured moment like SHE WASN’T there lol and most likely, she was. My photo walls at home and on my job always stops people dead in their tracks, in awe of the lives happening around them. Thank you, Timeshel, for your service😘

Timeshel is one of my favorite apps I’ve come across since having my baby. I tried it on a whim and was blown away by the quality of the photos. The color is so rich and it makes my iPhone photography look professional. I love that I can chose my favorite photos from the past month and get them delivered. I get so excited when the package arrives.

On top of that, they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with timeshelmonthlyphotoprints and they were so quick to help me out.

I recommend it to everyone I know but it’s especially nice when you have kids and you don’t want the special moments to disappear into your iPhone. Easy to give timeshelmonthlyphotoprints 5 stars.

I used timeshelmonthlyphotoprints for myself for a while. Each month I pin the pics in a board in our hallway so our family can re-live the moments together. And, if we have a quiet month, I just skip- SO EASY! Then came the “add recipient” feature. Now, Great Grandma, who is 97 and doesn’t use technology, can see my 2 boys as they grow and explore. Pictures arrive in her mailbox each month- it has really made her feel more connected!

timeshelmonthlyphotoprints is amazing. I have tried other subscriptions but the quality wasn’t what I wanted. I also love that I don’t have to print 100 pictures just to fill and order. I may take a lot of pictures but I don’t want them all printed. The quality by far surpasses any other app I have tried. Also their customer service is superb!! I usually have a response in a few hours after I email them! I won’t be leaving them again!

I’m one of those people who like to hold on to the past. Taking pics on my phone isn’t satisfactory for me. Subscribing to Timeshel was the smartest investment I’ve ever done for my memory banks. I’ve had it since 2016 and honestly, I look at the pics once a year and I’m like 😂😂😂 thank god I have that documented. Perfect size, and love the little envelope and folder it comes in. Very organizable amongst my art supplies. 10/10 would highly recommend. And the staff are very easy to contact and very quick responses. Thank u timeshel!!

This is honestly one of my favorite subscriptions. I grew up with my mom taking so many pictures and adding them in a photo album, and I haven’t printed out barely any of my pictures. Timeshel is SO extremely convenient; you just choose what pics you want, upload them, and they get automatically sent to you. It has made me so appreciative of the pictures I’ve taken and almost forgotten; of memories that were captured and I’m now able to see them and hold them. The photos I’ve received are such great quality, they are honestly so beautiful and makes me so grateful for the memories made. Love, love, love timeshelmonthlyphotoprints and subscription.

Our family loves Timeshel. Each month we wait eagerly for the photos to arrive. It’s great to have these physical photos to remind is each month of what we all were doing. Each child gets their own photos from the set so they can decorate their rooms with them.

The quality of the photos are great and the customer service is top notch. They respond immediately if there’s an issue (which there rarely is) and when I forget to submit my photos for the month they always happy to help me get them submitted.

Do yourself a favor and subscribe. Holding these photos in your hands is such a happy experience in this digital age.

Timeshel is essential. Now that everyone takes pictures on their phones, Timeshel allows you to take those photos and easily print them. No need to download the photos, put on a flash drive, and take to you local Rite Aid to print. You can do all of that from the comfort of your couch with Timeshel. I recently had an experience where I forgot to add photos before they printed and shipped. I reached out to Timeshel and they were very helpful in resolving my issue, great customer service. The photos are fantastic quality and I will be using these to put into an actual photo album. 5/5 recommend.

I have had many photos printed through my phone and nothing compares to the quality Timeshel produces. They are gorgeous and I love the packaging they come in.
