Today I placed an order and received incorrect sizes (8x8 instead of 8x10 and 4x4 instead of 5x7). I was told by the store clerk there was nothing he could do and I needed to reorder. So I submitted a new order but the same problem occurred again (I have screenshots showing which sizes I ordered but apparently it is showing up differently on Walgreens end). Both times I was not given a notification that the sizes had been changed (maybe due to photo quality, but if so PrintPhoto should have given me this warning) and both times the Walgreens clerk told me to resubmit a new order through the same malfunctioning app. Very frustrating. Will deleting PrintPhoto and not be using Walgreens photo in the future.

I used PrintPhoto to order pictures to be delivered to my house and paid for the expedited shipping and they did NOT come in time. I tried to find a number to call and ask for them to refund my shipping fees but no number was to be found. I emailed their customer service support address twice and never heard back. PrintPhoto shows it’s linked to Walgreens however when I called both 1-800 Walgreens AND an actual Walgreens store neither person I spoke to had ever ever heard of PrintPhoto and therefore couldn’t help resolve my situation. I did finally get the pictures, but they were 4 days later than when they should have arrived. Not impressed at all and will never use PrintPhoto again!

PrintPhoto was very simple to use but very poor quality. I ordered pictures from my phone with PrintPhoto two different times. The first pictures were fuzzy and I blamed it on the picture quality. I ordered a second batch of different photos from PrintPhoto and the photos were very fuzzy again. The quality of these photos on the phone was very good but did not reflect that in the prints. I thought I would try a third time and used the same phots as the second time, tried editing them and the quality looked great in PrintPhoto . But once again the print quality was horrible! When I upload the same photos to Walgreens website and print, they turn out great! I will be deleted PrintPhoto!

I love that it’s possible to print the photos right from my mobile device but PrintPhoto features could use some improvements. When trying to add in the photos for prints, canvas and posters it would be much easier if you could choose the option right in the size category instead of uploading the photo for print and having to upload it separately for a canvas/poster. The picture print quality should be enhanced more so more photos are capable to being put on a canvas or enlarged poster because even with uploaded digital camera photos most of the time the resolution is an issue which is very frustrating when other sites seem to have no problem printing them and are cheaper even. The navigation of PrintPhoto just needs someone to actually use it to print more than 50 photos and mix the order with other products to understand the hassle it causes to have to go back through thousands of pictures just to be able to make a canvas out of a photo your also printing as a normal photo. The editing of photos seems like there should be so much more to offer instead of just sizing and location of the photo.

This made getting pictures so easy! I just bought a few frames to take different sizes of pics… with this I got to edit and get Mom flowers in there. Updating the pictures and adding had never been easier! I’m kinda new to this thing and I’ll be driving right by there!… so it’s worth a try! Have a great day! Softball mom

I am old enough to remember “dropping off film” then waiting a week to get it back to see what you got. It was kinda like unboxing, but less fun. I used the Walgreens app for the first time today and it was awesome! So easy, and you pick what you want and the best part is you get it the same day with one trip to the store!! Thanks Walgreens for this awesome experience!!

I lost my grandmother and my mother within six weeks of each other and I had to make memory boards for them both. Walgreens made it easy to pick out my favorite pictures and print them and pick them up quickly. Thank you for being there in my time of need.

When I downloaded the photo app I was concerned it would be a huge hassle like most things in life seem to be. Although I was surprised for once with how easily I uploaded and submitted my order! I love that I can upload my photos after hours and they will be ready for pickup the next day! I absolutely love that I don’t pay for my prints until I pick them up! I like that I can make sure there aren’t any operator error printing mistakes before I’ve payed for them! Love, love, love!

Walgreens has made it super easy to print photos for good “old fashioned” photo albums! In the age of electronics, it is a wonderful way to share memories with children & grandchildren without having everyone’s head in their phone or on a tablet!
Thank you Walgreens, for helping to make photo albums “cool” again and for all the awesome photo gifts available on your site. The canvases are awesome too!!!!!

The Walgreens Photo app was easy and convenient and service pick up was a breeze. The people (Kevin) were so nice and I was extremely happy with the product and sale price on photos and mini photo albums we put together for our grandkids. They loved the albums. It only takes a few minutes to choose photos from your phone or tablet and send to Walgreens for printing. The results look great and they always let you know when the photos are ready for pick up. Very pleased with the service and the product.

I wasn’t sure about using PrintPhoto at first. I thought the direct Walgreens App would be better. I was WRONG… this is the best app. I was able to edit my photo and add it the cart and checkout all in less then 5 mins. About 30secs after I hit checkout I received a message directly from Walgreens saying my order was confirmed. Love it.

Like most people I keep all my photos on my phone. PrintPhoto is super easy to use! Plus, Walgreens has much better quality than Target. I originally used Shutterfly and they print with Target for same day prints. I’ve found the quality of the prints at Target is subpar. Not to mention, it’s always a hassle to find someone at Target to get your photos. I much prefer the quality and service of Walgreens. Great app!

This is the first time I tried to order pictures online. WOW it could not have been easier. I was Abel to pick the pictures from my camera roll. Once I picked the photos I edited them for size and how many I wanted of each photo. PrintPhoto picked the closest pick up store to me and I will get an email when they are ready. I did this all at home at 9:47 and the pictures are estimated to be ready at 8:45 tomorrow morning.

Easier way to get your photos printed off instead of having to sit in store at computer looking through everything. With covid this has helped me out a lot so I don’t have to go in an touch all over the computer and wait their an additional time to have them printed and ready. I get my email they are ready and pick them up when I can or while running errands. Love this !!

Well this is the first time I have ever ordered photos online. So my Daughter uses Walgreens. So I’m giving it a try. So far it was easy. Using my I Phone, I just looked through all the photos that has my grandson in it and checked them. At the end hit the checkout the it tells you how much you pay and when you can pick up you photos. My time was about 2 1/2 hours from the time I ordered. Plus I got a 20% off for being a first time user

I came to this Walgreen after leaving another location upset because my pictures were not ready and I came to this Walgreens on 183rd street off 37th ave and the young lady at the photo Ms Shanek Heron is awesome while waiting on pictures after helping me I watched her with other customers and she is a gem very quick and knowledgeable. This store will be my store not only for pics but also for my Pharmacy needs

Glad to get some of these photos off my phone so I can make an album for Christmas. And delete 125 pictures to free up some room. I clicked on the photos. Picked the ones I wanted developed and chose my location. Will pay tomorrow when I pick up my pictures. Great. Easy to use. Will see if the quality was better than the last place I used that cut off half the head shots. But so far, great!

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and it’s the best yet. I really don’t like going to others due to they are not not like this one the people that work at this one are just very nice and very helpful. They never seem like you are bothering them to ask them for help. They seem more than glad to help and go out of there way to help and even ask before you ask most of the time. Thank you everyone for making my shopping there peaceful. Blessed

PrintPhoto is awesome and saves allot of time and hassle since it’s sometimes is so hard to get the system to take your phone and load all your pics when using the machine in store and save you allot of time by being able to fix and place your pics ahead of time and only having to go pick up once they’re ready I love it and plan on telling everyone the much easier way of doing this!!!!

PrintPhoto was super easy to use, however, every time I would add pictures PrintPhoto would freeze my phone and not allow me to move forward. Once I finally got it to not freeze (by being on WiFi), I then couldn’t change the direction of the picture from landscape to vertical unless it was already in that direction. Lastly, when I picked up the pictures from Walgreens the majority were very poor quality.

So far easy to use. I had issues with pictures that I transferred to my computer not being clear (kind of hazy looking) after printing. Let’s see if printing directly from the phone is changing this problem (side note the pictures were never hazy on the phone or uploaded on social media). So let’s give this a try.

I went to store to print off pictures- it took 45 minutes because I had so many on my phone to download. Installed phone app and completed my order in less than 5 minutes! Yay Walgreens!!!! Thanks for the easy to use app and friendly staff when I picked up my photos!

If anyone is looking for huge discounts and great customer service on fast photo printing go to your nearest Walgreens or just download PrintPhoto . PrintPhoto is very easy to use even if you aren’t a phone person.. And PrintPhoto tells you an hour until pickup but it has never been over 15 mins !!!! thanks Walgreens

I just decided all of the sudden that I wanted to print some photos. So, naturally I went to see what stores had quick and easy apps to download. Found the Walgreens app, downloaded, picked 30 different pictures to get printed and after an automatic 20% discount for being a first time user, I will have photos in one hour.

This was exactly what I needed to get caught up!

Super easy app to use. Not complicated at all. Very cheap prices per picture and you don’t have to pay on PrintPhoto , just pay in person at at Walgreens. I really like PrintPhoto! Now I can finally delete the pics from my phone because I have physical copies of them and free up storage space! :)
