app is on my android phone. it just told me the Omada App has a bug (when I tried to open) and wants me to delete the Cache and try again. Should I do that? I don't want to lose all my Omada activity. Please advise.

How to fix Omada app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omada app on iPhone
Update Omada app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omada iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omada on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omada network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omada Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omada not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omada App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omada » click [Force Stop]

Update Omada to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omada App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omada » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omada.

Fix Omada unable to contact server/ Omada internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omada » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omada » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omada
