I use this XODO PDF program regularly. I finished proofreading a job, and the next day when I went to go back into the program to send the file, the program will not open. I get sort of a gray screen and then eventually it just closes. I am running Windows 11 on a Lenovo Slim. Any suggestions?

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH XODO. I COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK AND COUD NOT FIND A PHONE TO CALL YOU. SO, I SIGNED UP FOR THE FREE WEEK WHICH ENDS MONDAY. i DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. PLEASE CANCEL ME AT THE END OF THE WEEK AND TELL ME HOW TO REINSTATE MY FREE SERVICE.
Fundamental issues

The top of the pages are cut off by the tool bar. Pages absolutely need to start below the toolbar. Yes I know the toolbar can be hidden, but I have to wait 5 seconds or manually do it every time.
Needs back/forward arrows. Using a hyperlink to a line item from say page 23 to page 253 and NOT being able to go back with one click is terrible. If implemented, please don’t make the back arrow go away because of manually scrolling through pages.
I don’t know how I feel about this.

When I first was using the app, it was working beautifully and I had a great experience. However, I had made annotations for a presentation on a file I had imported and when I went to pull up my annotations, almost all of them were completely gone. I had to improvise for the presentation using what little annotations I had left. Like I said, it’s a great app for the work it helps me do, but it’s not good for the quality and performance.
Keeps deleting my annotation

I’ve been playing piano a lot more since I got this app. But ever since the recent update, some of the pdf keep deleting my annotation which is very frustrating because it helps me remember notes. I also gr using this apps to take notes for class but whenever I switch class, all the annotations are gone. Maybe on the next update that could be fixed
