The top of the pages are cut off by the tool bar. Pages absolutely need to start below the toolbar. Yes I know the toolbar can be hidden, but I have to wait 5 seconds or manually do it every time. Needs back/forward arrows. Using a hyperlink to a line item from say page 23 to page 253 and NOT being able to go back with one click is terrible. If implemented, please don’t make the back arrow go away because of manually scrolling through pages.

The new toolbar cuts off the top of the pages. The arrangement of tools in the toolbar can be customized but it doesn’t stay that way after you close a file. Every tool can be rearranged except for the selection tool. It’s always hidden. Text boxes cannot be moved unless you select the Selection tool (which, again, is hidden) and select the text box. The tools for drawing a square or circle are in another menu so if I want to switch between underlining and drawing a circle, I have to switch menus. There is a bug that keeps my file open in two tabs, but the other tab doesn’t show anything. They removed the page thumbnail view at the bottom of the screen. The page zoom changes when scrolling through pages. Some good things are that the undo/redo buttons are on the annotation toolbar now. And the tool presets appear when the tool is selected. You don’t have to use the drop-down anymore.

When I first was using the app, it was working beautifully and I had a great experience. However, I had made annotations for a presentation on a file I had imported and when I went to pull up my annotations, almost all of them were completely gone. I had to improvise for the presentation using what little annotations I had left. Like I said, it’s a great app for the work it helps me do, but it’s not good for the quality and performance.
