4 years later and still in the same place. This banking app is TERRIBLE!!!!! Always locked out of PioneerBank and have to call customer service to get back in. I think they are lonely and need someone to talk to since it forces you to do this on a regular basis. Save yourself and get a better bank.

FIX YOUR APP PIONEER ITS THE WORST BANKING APP I HAVE EVER USED.

Try to sign up for a Zelle payment 🙄. Again can this bank please move into this decade???? Why do you feel the need to have people contact customer service on a monthly basis to get basic things done in your account? If you haven’t picked a bank yet you should do better research than I did. 😐 I am constantly locked out of my account with no way to reset my password without calling. You can’t do anything but the absolute basics on PioneerBank and that’s only when you can sign in. Now I received a Zelle payment and three hours later I am still trying to get my money. Now I find out I have to wait to verify my account sometime after tomorrow. 😡😬 I HATE this bank. One more thing. All of the good reviews for this are from 9 years ago. 🙄

Every time I try to log in there is some kind of issue with PioneerBank . I can’t even check my balance on the weekend, when I need to the most. Even when I use a webpage, I can’t log in at all because it’s constantly having “technical difficulties”. I wish I had never opened an account at this bank. It’s just horrible.

Sometimes it doesn’t work. It’ll say can’t process your request or something just when you need it the most.

PioneerBank is horrible every month I have to reenter my passcode even though I have Face ID just deleted PioneerBank if you make an app actually make it work this is 2024 !!!!

Nothing goes the way it should. 1/2 my transactions require follow up phone or in person contact.

It’s been several weeks since I’ve been able to log in to PioneerBank, even if I reset my password it doesn’t work

I just tried to log in and it had a pop up that said to enter password to log in afyer doing face id and I thought it was a new verification to login and I put it in and it said congratulations then kicked me back to the login.

Yesterday, I saw my bank is short/lacking $294, so what I did is i screen shot it and planning to go to the bank the next day and complain. When I checked my bank again, amazingly, they returned the $294! This is the 2nd time this happened. I didn't have any transaction or bought anything to make my money be taken away!

If you’re looking to have a decent online banking experience this is not your ideal bank by a long shot, PioneerBank and apparently entire server will shut down randomly, and very commonly. It’s so bad you have to call the bank directly during work hours to do anything, and yes these server crashes last days or even weeks on end. You can’t check your balance during these crashes, if you temporarily locked your card in PioneerBank and than it crashed you will have to wait til bank hours to call and fix it. It is a frustrating mess while admittedly when it is working is decent. Your best interest is to swap banks if you plan on using the online banking feature.

App is frequently down for whatever reason. Every single time I open PioneerBank , I get a pop up telling me my session has expired and I need to log in again. Mind you, I kill my apps as soon as I'm done using them. I absolutely hate having to enter my password in order to transfer money from one account to the other. Tried to find a bank around me using the location section of PioneerBank and found out that Texas is apparently now located in the state of Massachusetts according to Pioneer. PioneerBank is pretty useless.

Ive never used such a terrible bank and app in my life idk why i still have it and theres no way the reviews are this high the service is down 24/7 i can rarely access my balance and account on website or app they lock ur card so often its horrendous u can have it unlocked and preferences changed but then relock ur card and act like u didnt just unlock it and change stuff DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH UR MONEY. This is the first and only bank that has ever let auto roll payments deduct from an empty account i then refunded the deductions bc they withdrawled money 1-2 days earlier then were supposed to due to holiday wknd or sum i had it refunded and the bank did not refund me the money they stole from me. This is a 1-2 star business on all rating services BUT PioneerBank store? Interesting. I suspect bot reviews and not calling real ppl bots im saying they paid for fake reviews theres no way i believe that these reviews are real when in reality u can never access ur account.

Latest update does not allow app to open, even after restart. Also, mobile app (and mobile web site) doesn't allow use of all banking functions. Don't have an actual computer? Too bad, so sad. Turns out the update is not backward compatible, but makes you update anyway. My iPad is old enough to not take a new OS, so can't use PioneerBank . BAD DESIGN!

PioneerBank is user friendly and very easy to use. The thumbprint ID feature on IOS is awesome and makes checking my account easier. Now on to the issues. They don’t update very quickly. So you think your still in the positive and then you deposit your check and end up owing double because you were over drafted. The bank won’t fix it because it “takes time for PioneerBank to update”. I am sorry but due to the fact the PioneerBank is shoddily updated I went very negative in my bank account and got 3 overdraft fees attached to things that on the day my check was deposited had overdraft fees that didn’t post til 2 days later. I feel robbed and the bank itself won’t help at all. So here I sit. Broke. Angry. A negative balance and the only reason I am negative is because PioneerBank dose not properly update agains the compute system at the bank. So be glad you even got 3 stars. After this I am seriously debating switching to a better bank with a better updated system.

Sometimes it's a little glitchy, but overall an easy to use and convenient app for managing my bank account. The mobile deposit is easy to use well.

I got locked out and it told me to go to the bank. The bank told me to call a hot line. Hasn’t worked since.

I love the phone banking and all the tellers at pioneer bank. They are always polite, friendly and efficient. I also enjoy the online bank! Thank you for such great service.

Very well designed. Loads fast, clean look and easy to use. Does everything I want; deposit checks, pay bills, transfer $ between accounts and check balances.

I like the new change but when ur car gets charged it’s not showing the transaction immediately anymore... and it’s very slow
