4 years later and still in the same place. This banking app is TERRIBLE!!!!! Always locked out of the app and have to call customer service to get back in. I think they are lonely and need someone to talk to since it forces you to do this on a regular basis. Save yourself and get a better bank.
FIX YOUR APP PIONEER ITS THE WORST BANKING APP I HAVE EVER USED.
Try to sign up for a Zelle payment 🙄. Again can this bank please move into this decade???? Why do you feel the need to have people contact customer service on a monthly basis to get basic things done in your account? If you haven’t picked a bank yet you should do better research than I did. 😐 I am constantly locked out of my account with no way to reset my password without calling. You can’t do anything but the absolute basics on the app and that’s only when you can sign in. Now I received a Zelle payment and three hours later I am still trying to get my money. Now I find out I have to wait to verify my account sometime after tomorrow. 😡😬 I HATE this bank. One more thing. All of the good reviews for this are from 9 years ago. 🙄

Ive never used such a terrible bank and app in my life idk why i still have it and theres no way the reviews are this high the service is down 24/7 i can rarely access my balance and account on website or app they lock ur card so often its horrendous u can have it unlocked and preferences changed but then relock ur card and act like u didnt just unlock it and change stuff DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH UR MONEY. This is the first and only bank that has ever let auto roll payments deduct from an empty account i then refunded the deductions bc they withdrawled money 1-2 days earlier then were supposed to due to holiday wknd or sum i had it refunded and the bank did not refund me the money they stole from me. This is a 1-2 star business on all rating services BUT the app store? Interesting. I suspect bot reviews and not calling real ppl bots im saying they paid for fake reviews theres no way i believe that these reviews are real when in reality u can never access ur account.

If you’re looking to have a decent online banking experience this is not your ideal bank by a long shot, the app and apparently entire server will shut down randomly, and very commonly. It’s so bad you have to call the bank directly during work hours to do anything, and yes these server crashes last days or even weeks on end. You can’t check your balance during these crashes, if you temporarily locked your card in the app and than it crashed you will have to wait til bank hours to call and fix it. It is a frustrating mess while admittedly when it is working is decent. Your best interest is to swap banks if you plan on using the online banking feature.
