Kalau bisa di update dengan tampilan lebih baik dan sistem lebih baik. Beli tiket dapat melalui aplikasi akan lebih bagus.

According to the staff at Cinema XXI Plaza Indonesia this morning, mtix can only be used between 7-11am for tickets for the same day. After which the purchase has to be at the counter.
The staff also didn't know much about mtix.
Useless. Bad implementation.

Interface for iphone x

Interface is not suitable for iphone x. Can’t proceed after selecting seat? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Then, recently updated to the latest version....still, doesn't look good.

Interface not complete, not suitable for iPhoneX. After selecting the seat, there is nothing else to click to proceed or make payment. Please fix it.

PIN tidak pernah dikirimkan, kredit 150rb hilang

Sudah bayar 150rb tetapi PIN aktivasi tidak pernah dikirimkan. Sudah telpon berkali-kali. Katanya akan di e-mail atau sms, sampai skrg tidak ada juga, sudah lebih dari 1 bulan. Kredit 150rb Yg telah dibayarkan tidak bisa dipakai dan tidak bisa mendapatkan refund.
Untuk aplikasi yang seharusnya otomatis dan mempermudah membeli tiket sangat tidak efisien.

App jelek. Flow aplikasinya buruk banget. Select lokasi Gandaria City XXI, di page berikutnya malah disuruh select seat di Hollywood XXI.

Email ke CSnya, jawabannya sangat gak helpful. Lgs kasih bintang 1 dan uninstall aplikasinya. Besok2 beli tiket bioskop pake Tix ID aja👍

Issues updating list and theatre

After the update there seems to be an error loading the list of movies and the theatre list.
Can see only 1 theatre for Jakarta area. No other names in list. Kindly check

UX/UI kurang oke, lebih suka dan mudah desain lama. pembukaan jam booking online juga ngga serentak kadang ada film yg bisa di-book jam 7 pagi, ada yg masih loading di hari sebelumnya shg tidak bisa melihat jadwal untuk pemesanan hari ini

Pada saat melakukan booking melalui this app, setelah memilih theatre,time, dan jumlah tiket. Pada saat memilih tempat duduk, hanya muncul tulisan CONTINUE, tanpa terlihat gambar kursi.
