I’ve put in for several tickets. Each time there is zero notification if you have entered a request and no notifications if you get tickets or not. They are still happy to take my personal information. Many of my veteran friends have had similar experiences. Stay away. It’s a waste of your time and your personal information might be at risk.

Yeah..So I was one of the first veterans to be on this app before it was even a thing. I haven’t been on it for quite a few years and now I found out there’s an app. So I downloaded VetTix and tried to change my password and it said it banned me from ever being on this app for not following a rule. What rule you say? I have no clue!! They won’t even let me contact them..

Literally constant login issues. Just spins away without ever logging in. I can login to the website just fine. But there are events that force you to use VetTix

But the execution is a huge no go. VetTix itself is constantly crashing on me and giving me error messages all the time.

With that being said, I think that the idea of recognizing veterans is an important venture. I do hope that they can fix all the bugs soon.

I have an event tonight for which I happily ‘received’ tickets, but this is the first time my tickets aren't ‘print at home’ tickets. They don’t appear on VetTix , the “missing tickets” link on the “My Tickets” page for the event crashes VetTix , and there is zero support available. My family is going to be disappointed that we can’t go to the event now.

VetTix is easier to use than the this app website but it needs work. I experience frequent crashes and data display problems. this app support is not very receptive to constructive criticism so I would not expect that they read this or fix anything until they think it needs fixing

VetTix frequently times out, making you repeat the search, only for it to time out again.

Make sure you have all the states please.

I'm glad I looked at Google and noticed it said"this app has an app to download". This works much easier then logging in everytime. I would recommend promoting it on the main page because if it's on there then I've never seen it. Thanks for everything you all do. Made my life a lot happier. Keep up the great work..

An app finally !! But as well thank you vet tix for the tickets available and given to us !and thank you to everyone who donates !

VetTix is awesome. It is easier to search for events. Thank you this app for all the tickets and most of all thank you for VetTix.

I’m have been on the Vet Tix app for barely a week and I’ve already used it twice!

I will tell every veteran I know to download VetTix!

And I learned about from my Uber driver who is a retired Marine!

It works… Nationwide!

It’s about time they made an app!

Says photo is required to leave thank you note. Well the venue we went to doesn’t allow use of cellphone. They said if you use your cellphone during this performance you’ll be kicked out. I couldn’t take a photo of us at the event so I used an old photo and got a banned. So this needs to be an option for places that don’t allow pictures.

Been using this app for years - now an awesome program is even better thanks to VetTix . I don’t get some of the negative reviews. Are some shows “no camera allowed”? Yes. So you improvise/adapt/overcome - take your photo outside the venue in front of the marquee. We’ve done it a few times. Never a problem. App crashes? Reset your phone. It’s not VetTix , it’s your phone. Problems with your account. Yes, there’s no phone number to call - but reach out via Facebook or email. They are pretty responsive for a non-profit. As I said, been using them for years and never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved easily. Follow their Facebook page and you’ll be good to go.
