Animatix - Photo Animation Reviews

Animatix may not have reached completion yet as the graphics and animation’s are only a minor significance. In other words, Animatix may still be an app in the works and not a final product as it certainly is rough around the edges and does not conspire to reflect much professionalism in detail.

Super easy to use and very simple. There are 11 static filter options and 24 dynamic motion filters that add variations of waves and ripples. The tempo and frequency can be altered for the dynamic motion effects, but the static ones can’t be altered at all. I wish I could change the intensity of the static filters. You must give permission to camera roll to use Animatix .

Produces some very nice art effects quickly and easily. I would like some additional controls for the effects, though, so that I could adjust detail levels, etc.

I like it, but I wish there was a feature where you could erase spots that you didn’t want to have animation. That would be cool

For some reason I’m not able to access all my photos. I checked Animatix and have the “all photos” checked. Otherwise Animatix is very interesting, and I’m sure I’ll get good use from it.

Animatix brings more to the table. It allows the user to style and reinvent every picture in a folder or otherwise. Also grants the ability of modern, contemporary, abstractions, movement simulations going from vibrant and vividly aloof and macabre! My newly edited pictures have actually become a guide of sorts aiding me in making, new or modified mediums of art for marketing. Be it on the web, through home shipping, or speaking to the client while sending them modifications of an existing or from the bottom up concept. Thanks for a tool much needed.

I love how you can select an image and bring it to life, then it offers choices to save as:
-Image
-Live
-Gif
-Video

Yet I am trying to figure out how to save it as a duplicate instead of changing the original image 😬

It’s hard not to enjoy apps by CodeOrgana. In Animatix, you can see aspects of Brushstroke and ToonCamera, but reformulated into something different and original. Nice!

Lots of fun to auto-animate your photos in various ways and very simple to use, as well. Only request would be ability to brush areas where we would like the effects (perhaps in an update?). Well worth the small price. Thanks, CodeOrgana!
