Ever since their update I’m having to change my password often because I’m constantly logged out and the password I did have no longer works. I’m about to change banks even though I’ve had this bank for 20+ years
Constantly having issues with sign in. Very frustrating when I’m in a bind and need to transfer $ but app won’t allow me in. There’s no email to reach tech support. Used to have no problems with app but as of lately it’s been giving me nothing but trouble. I hope they get it fixed.
Been trying to set up online banking for a month with no response at all from MyBankCNB . Tried again today and it says it can’t ID me so they’ll have to manually set me up and then email me to notify me. This is first response of any kind from MyBankCNB but I don’t think they have my email. Oh well…
I HATE THIS UPDATE!!
It doesn’t show me all my transactions at once and the dates are not showing unless you click on the transaction. It makes balancing my checkbook a nightmare. The font is different and larger which I also hate. It looks like it came out of the 90s. Please change this back to the way it was.
I would like to be able to have control and be able to lock my card was using a third party app for it but they no longer work with this bank and it made saving money so much easier please add something where I can lock my card threw MyBankCNB you are the only bank this out of date.
Had MyBankCNB for years and had no issues until this last week. MyBankCNB will not load up. Every time I go into it, it says that MyBankCNB is currently unavailable “Error 1230.” I have MyBankCNB updated and nothing changed. Please fix this soon.
I’d like to use MyBankCNB daily. However, when I open MyBankCNB it doesn’t open to the sign in page and there’s no way to get to that page. So, every time I want to use it, I have to delete and re-install MyBankCNB . Very frustrating
Too many steps in bill pay. Confirmation numbers are no longer given. I don’t like that.
You are no longer able to pay anyone via MyBankCNB and must go to the website. It’s a big inconvenience.
Alerts once read should not come back each time you log in.
There are a few new features that I appreciate, but overall I don't think it's as user friendly as it was before.

App works great. I used the facial recognition to login. Very easy. Improvements are made to MyBankCNB on a regular basis. Really like the mobile deposit feature. When I call customer service support they are always friendly and helpful.
Solid app, allows access to most anything I need for mobile banking.
I discovered today that you can customize the acct names in the desktop website. It took a little navigation but I believe I found the settings in Self Service > Acct Maintenance. Very handy.
App has always worked great for me. Love that I can deposit checks quick and easy.
The updates and ease of use are amazing. Love that our community bank offers all the amenities of the big cities can offer.
CNB is an excellent bank. They are friendly and see to all my financial needs.
I especially love the one in Lincoln, MO!
