If you have an iPhoneX beware of enjoyvehiclesharing . enjoyvehiclesharing is extremely laggy and does hands during rental starts and finish. This may lead to overprice rentals - in two consecutive days I got charged with ~10 mins extra incorrect time. That means you may end up paying up to double price for each rental if you just drove a few kilometers.

On top, support will promptly answers your calls to let you know that they cannot do anything about it and they are not the ones who manage these kind of complaints.

I’m sure this service can work well for most of the people but keep an eye on the final price you are charged especially if you do very short distances.

enjoyvehiclesharing does not work. Customer service is totally incompetent. Support is even worse they don’t understand technology. You had ONE job to make a simple app work. Major failure. Waste of time.

I canceled the booking and the car was unavailable. App is old and bad to use. Did not get a refund and payed 18$ for no reason

The last step, adding driver’s license, perpetually fails for no obvious reason- very frustrating waste of time

The Enjoy service in Rome is very useful. enjoyvehiclesharing is unfortunately deeply flawed.

enjoyvehiclesharing does not work. It crashes every time at the sign up whose where you upload the documents. Unusable! 😢

enjoyvehiclesharing crashes consistently during the sign up phase. I reached out to the company directly and they told me to talk to enjoyvehiclesharing developers. I asked who their app developers were and they said they didn’t know......

Fails to recognize my US and RU passports. Probably works just fine for Europeans (otherwise I don’t know who are all those people zipping around). And you can’t use the service without that.
I wish people would stop inventing yet-another-car-sharing apps on a dime that work like crap, and would cooperate with bigger international brands that actually did spend some money to get their apps working. Terrible.

Local Roman. Documents accepted but can’t add a payment. Tired 3 cards + PayPal and the account was blocked. Contacted “support” which was just as terrible as enjoyvehiclesharing itself. Rude and unhelpful. No point in trying with enjoyvehiclesharing anymore, it’s such a waste of time and energy. All the past review are true.

This is the worst app of bate and switch I’ve ever used in my life. I bought a drive subscription but they didn’t apply it. Don’t use enjoyvehiclesharing or this service. You’re better off using taxis. DON’T USE!!!

Can’t upload data to complete registration in enjoyvehiclesharing . Service desk is unaware & misguiding and sometimes ignorant repeating the same corrections that never help. Tech support help is nowhere to be found. & stuck with administrative desk.
This issue persists since last year . Discouraging for any user

Incredibly, even years after users have complained here that document upload isn’t working, it still hasn’t been fixed. Moved to Milan and successfully registered for 3 car sharing services - Eni being the only one not working. Fire your developer!!!

I second what every other reviewer said. enjoyvehiclesharing does not work at all; it’s not possible to upload or update documents and it becomes blocked preventing any further use. I’ve made countless emails and calls since last November 2021 with no resolution, and it’s now October 2022 Customer service is nonexistent and are, along with the developers, negligently incompetent.

Keeps showing error and doesn’t let to register. Been trying for whole year, seems like they don’t care to update enjoyvehiclesharing and fix it at all, so makes me only wonder, what happens if you have any problem with them while using the car? Most likely impossible to get help either. Sad.

Application is so poorly designed that after years of using it and after my driver’s license expired there is no f..ing way to register the new license. Haven’t use the service for months now.
If eni enjoys not cashing my money money i am fine: i’ll keep on renting electric mopeds from cooltra for what i care. Application seems to have been designed by a frustrated public employee…a nine to fiver who does not much about human centric design

App is still useless after all these years. Automatic verification of documents does not work. Call center verification path for document verification lets you take photos of your passport and driver license, but will not let you take your international driver's permit, which, of course, is required for registration. Helpdesk call enter advises you to use app to register.

enjoyvehiclesharing developers are negligent in this Kafkaesque nightmare.

enjoyvehiclesharing should be forcibly removed from the AppStore.

I think developers didn't even try using it once.
