Rode it for less than a minute and I was already “out of Service Area.” Took back to where I got it from and it still said “out of service area.” Worst $5 spent ever!

Very convenient service would love to use it again. This unit had a low battery didn’t inform me that ahead of time and it ran out prior to me getting back to my destination which is very inconvenient. Had to walk the rest of the balance back. I’d like a service refund.

Make sure that you only put as much as you need into your wallet, no refunds. Also you can only ride in specific parts of the island.
