You know how it says “have a nice ride” well my daughter definitely did not have a nice ride she had to go to the hospital to check her foot and get an X-ray and was scary for her she had fallen on a bench and luckily didn’t fracture her foot or break anything but we had to stay there till 3:00 to 6:57 she was crying on the ambulance and she was only 10 she was very scared and thats why i rate KICK a two Pls I beg you not to use this app so u don’t get hurt stay safe. I also rate it a two because it was kinda of fun she fell two times but she said she was okay but she was crying on her mothers lap while her mother ran over to her and said “Im not ok” Mommy Mommy HELP IM HURT” It was like i was in a Horror scene

If you want to ride them for fun then they are fine but they are more expensive than uber. Paid $5 in an uber and $6.60 to get back on the scooter. I’d rather wait the 5 min for the car and have AC without risking falling or getting hit by a car

When I opened my app today, it told me KICK needs update, but followed the link/instructions and it brought me to the same old version of app in app store. Now it is a deadlock and I can’t use KICK to rent a scooter or update my account at all

First time riders. Easy app and easy ride. Saved us money on taxis.

I will start with the things I di like about KICK:

Positive:

Ride is smooth, the stand easy to put on and of where you put your feet very comfortable compare to other scooters. App is easy to use put nothing out of the ordinary to other apps.

Negative:

Is TO EXPENSIVE. For a 2min and 31 sec cost me $4.44.

So to that effect I will continue to use bird sorry.

The ride was fun but expensive. It turned out to be $52 for two scooters to get to Old San Juan while a Uber back to the hotel was $6

Must put money on account, then asks for payment info after already being charged.

It would be nice if they give you some type of fee disclosure before you ride.

My friend and I both rented, we both got double charged.
